HOUSE RULES

To ensure a smooth stay for you and our neighbors, please follow these important rules:

By booking, you agree to follow the house rules below and you understand you may be required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival if booking a stay over 28 days, which outlines all policies in full.

Booking & Occupancy:
-The primary renter must be 25 years or older and must be present at the property for the duration of the stay.
-Maximum occupancy: 6 guests

Respect for the Home & Neighborhood:
-No parties or events
-No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fine.
-No candles/open flames
-No firearms

Pool Rules:
• Swim at your own risk (no lifeguard on duty)
• Pool hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
• No glass containers in pool area
• No pets allowed in the pool area

Parking:
• Parking is limited to 2 spots (our D2 reserved parking space + 1 unmarked space)
• All vehicles must display the provided parking pass
• Trailers, campers, motorcycles, and commercial vehicles are not permitted
• Only gas golf carts are permitted (no electric) and must have a valid parking pass and follow all parking rules. Golf carts apply to the 2 parking space maximum.

Pets:
• No pets allowed

Quiet Hours:
• Strict quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No loud music or disruptive noise during this time

Balconies & Common Areas:
• Do not throw anything from balconies
• No hanging towels, clothing, or items from balconies
• No feeding birds
• No items may be stored in hallways
• Jumping from balconies is strictly prohibited

Safety & Property Rules:
• No grilling allowed on property
• No fireworks permitted
• No skateboards, rollerblades, or similar on property

Trash:
• All trash must be bagged and placed in designated dumpsters (not in hallways or stairwells)
