New Beachfront Condo with Lazy River and Slide!!

Could have used more towels and toilet paper etc. Skillets and several pots needed updated.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The lazy River pool wasn’t wide enough and not many shaded outdoor area. Overall we had a fun-filled vacation.

Beautiful condo, very spacious, clean with good amenities and a great view from the patio. No issues or problems with property. The only issue that we had was the property manager did not send us check in information prior to the check in time; however once contacted, he provided it to us. We had an amazing time & definitely will be returning

Great spacious place on the beach. Owner responded very quickly to one very small issue. Indoor pool was awesome! Lazy river was great. Location was great. Close to grocery and restaurants.

Furniture is not comfortable, patio furniture was not good for dining on balcony. A table and chairs on balcony would be a great option to take in the Gulf while snacking, drinking, di ing or relaxing g would have been a better option. Second bedroom furniture left very little room to move and we kept hitting our legs on the footboard. Great condo but the furniture choices were practice choices. Building was very clean and quiet. Parking was always close to lobby and elevators. All elevators were working and clean. Very safe and very clean.

Everything very well appointed, clean and in good working order, including the TVs and internet. Loved having the 3rd bathroom. We did have someone knock to do pest control service, but we asked them to reschedule since we did not have a heads up about this and weren't sure if it was legit.

We loved our condo in the Phoenix Orange Beach II. It was perfect!!!

Common issue I’ve noticed at all the Pheonix condos I’ve stayed at. You shouldn’t be able to wet a rag and wipe it across the floor on the day you check in and it be black.The pool and beach access is 5 star. Well kept

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd year staying in this unit and the 7th year working with Phoenix Rentals. The condo was clean and ready to move in when we arrived. It has an abundance of dinnerware and cookware (makes it feel like home). Everything was in good working condition. We were short some towels and cleaning supplies but Phoenix Rentals delivered what we needed by the end of our first day. They are a top notch company. Their reservation, check in and out processes were seamless. The building is also well maintained and located on a prime spot of the beach. It's close to several good restaurants (we stay for a month and never have to repeat) and shops. There are enough activities in the area to keep you as busy as you want or you can choose to spend the day on the beach or on the pool deck. The only negative for us is the mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced (it's been saggy for the past 2 years). Other than that, we look forward to returning next year. This is our home away from home.
