Stayed at SeaChase before but this was our first time staying in this unit and couldn’t have been more pleased. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked; offering all amenities as mentioned in the listing. The owners were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a great one!

This was our second stay in this condo and will not be our last! It’s perfect for our needs and expectations, the owners have always made us feel like we’re important to them. We will be back

Beautiful and clean condo just steps to the beach.

This was the nicest, cleanest condo we have stayed at in 20 years of going to Panama. Beach was not crowded because there are no big condos next door. Condo owners were outstanding and communicated very well.

This condo was immaculate. I am very picky about cleanliness and this unit did not disappoint. We stayed in another unit at Seachase a couple years ago and it was nice, but not available when we booked this year. So we chose 402E and could not have gotten luckier. The owners are so kind and polite and got back to us right away to answer any questions. The beach was clean and well maintained and there are plenty of acitvities to find for the family around PCB. We went to a couple nearby restaurants, walked the pier at sunset, took a shuttle to Shell Island, went snorkeling, took 2 different boat tours, and went shopping in Pier Park. Its busier all around than it was years ago when i went in high school, but for good reason because there is so much to do and see. Such a gorgeous place. We came back to this beautiful condo every evening and it had everything we needed.

It’s a lovely condo with most things you might need (except groceries). Do take additional toilet paper. It’s clean and well-maintained. Good internet connection and responsive owner (needed help getting second parking tag). Only suggestion to owner is to replace bedding with better fitting sheets - too little and kept popping off! Also a table in front of the sofas for setting drinks would be nice. A list of recommended eateries might be nice as well. All in all, very nice accommodations!

We stay every year at this condo and would not change a thing. Perfect location for quietness, very very clean and the beautiful view!!!! Jeff is a great host and accommodates anything you need or questions. Very responsive!Love this place!!

Loved this property so much! We even had my yellow lab Moses with us and he loved laying on the balcony watching the ocean! Everything was just perfect and beautiful! The owners text me to make sure everything was good and let me know they were always available. I 100% recommend this condo and can’t wait to come back!

This is our second trip to PCB, staying at this lovely property. The condo is beautifully decorated and the view is incredible. Even members of our group who don't want to be in the water are still able to enjoy the breeze and view from the balcony. Jeff and Angela are wonderful hosts and are very responsive, and we love that we can bring our fur babies to enjoy the trip with us. This is our new favorite place to stay in Florida!
