Please note that if we are unable to gain entry to your unit(s), you may be subject to fines or charges from the Fire Marshal.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire condo and all the building amenities included in this rental. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy all that the property has to offer during your stay.

This oceanfront resort boasts an array of amenities, including both indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a leisurely river, expansive pool decks, a lively Tiki bar, social lounges, and oceanfront and indoor pools. Families will appreciate the Children's Interactive splash and play area, in addition to complimentary WiFi access. The resort enjoys a convenient proximity to attractions such as Barefoot Landing, the House of Blues, and the Alabama Theatre, making it an ideal choice for couples or small families. The unit comprises a combined kitchen and living room area and a bedroom, accommodating up to 10 guests within approximately 1,000 square feet of space. Please note that this is a non-smoking room and a privately owned condo, not a hotel room. We kindly request that you treat it with the same care and respect as you would your own home. While we strive to address any issues promptly, please be aware that there is no one living on-site 24/7.



Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.



... remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
