NEW Aura Newly built and spacious 2 bed, 2 bathrooms

The condo has a great set up with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has everything you need and the underground parking is a plus.

This property provided the feel of a home away from home. The layout was very comfortable. The pool was welcome amenity. The location was exceptional.

There was no garbage bags or shampoo in the suite We came 30 min earlier than check in and I received a text message from the property manager that they want to put some toilet paper in the suite and why we got 30 min earlier Then no reply when I asked for extra garbage bag!!!

Clean well kept building in area close to shopping and restaurants

The unit was perfect in every way. I rented this for my husband and his business partner for a 3 day trip to Regina. The unit had all of the linens, kitchen supplies and tv/cable/wifi worked excellent! The unit was in a great location with easy access to our needs. If they have another business trip to Regina I will certainly try to rent this unit again!

The only thing I disliked was that it was too hot in the bedrooms. AC is only in the main living area and does not cool down the bedrooms.

The property is clean, efficient and good location. Only thing to consider, and this my problem, is that the mattress is hard. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal.

The condo is very clean and comfortable. Great location.

A nice change from staying in a hotel as I am in Regina often for business. Close to restaurants and shops and the Clubhouse has a nice pool and spa. The gym is a little weak with older equipment and not much for free weights but all in all a great place to stay and I would stay there again.

Everything has been great. Our job got extended and we a still staying in the unit.

This property is not new it’s 11 years old and shows it, it’s not maintained.Every piece of furniture is damagedAs the other renters have stated the beds and couch are on the floor making it very difficult to get in and out of.Apparently the pool/clubhouse is funded buy the three buildings and there are financial issues so the hot tub, gym and clubhouse are inoperable, the pool is semi functional but not heated.Pluses are location, view of the creek and underground parking if your car fits.We were supposed to be there for 15 nights and spent 6.and went home.The host asked us the first nightif we would be better off somewhere else when we asked to have some of the lights fixed and bloody towels disposed of and spider webs removed.We were committed with my handicap daughter so we tried to stay.You’re better off somewhere else.

Tanya’s condo is perfect. The location is excellent. All the restaurants and shopping close by. Excellent communication with the host as well.

So we had a great repor with Tanya which was awesome the place looked well appointed but for a couple of us getting in and out of the low bed and low couch was a constant challenge. We needed to help one another up and out. It was otherwise very nice.

Very nice accommodations. We had a nice stay. My only suggestion is that the listing should be updated to state that toiletries are not provided, as we only figured this out when we found no soap or shampoo and we received no response when we asked about it.

The location was great and the property itself was great too. The only downside was the furniture. It was too low to the ground and difficult to get out of. The host ( Tanya) was excellent

The unit worked for our 8 nights in Regina. Great location, easy to get around, and easy access to many shops and restaurants. The unit is well equipped with dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, and all supplies. Check in was delayed by the wrong codes for keys and doors. Once I was able to contact host she sent Samantha, (who was so very pleasant and helpful) with the correct codes. Although this unit was excellent for our needs, I would not stay again unless I was assured the living room furniture was replaced. It’s too low to the ground, and very difficult on the back, and difficult to get out of. The only other criticism I have is that the towels were discoloured and looked shabby. I washed them before we used them but they didn’t look cleaner. A good unit in a good building.

Great location, quiet, well appointed. A great spot for a couple of days!

Located in a clean and safe area of Regina. This rental was exactly what we wanted. Fairly new building. Has all kind of restaurants, shopping centers, groceries stores and gas stations nearby. If ever i go again to Regina, this is exactly the place i want to stay again. You're 15 minutes from everywhere. We were able to get in communication with the landlady prior our stay and during. Communication was quite easy. We truly enjoyed our stay
