The condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with the addition of a queen-size sofa bed in the living area. The condo offers dining for 4 and a fully equipped kitchen with custom-made maple cabinets, recessed lighting, full-size appliances, tiled flooring throughout, ceiling fans, and wonderful ocean breezes. In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable king-size bed and largemirrored closet doors. The bathroom is beautifully updated with a walk-in glass-enclosed shower, detailed with tile and stone. This condo also has a private washer and dryer for added convenience.

- Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time. Work in this unit will begin April 28th, 2025, with an estimated completion projected on or around May 27th, 2025.
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
- We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026. We have decreased rates during these dates to compensate for any inconvenience. ***

This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.
