Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo needs to be updated, remove dirty carpet, remove torn curtain, replace balcony sliding doors (both seals were broken and couldn’t see out), hire new housekeepers (mold on shower heads, wine glasses very dusty), dryer takes 3 hours to dry anything. Furniture uncomfortable. Emerald Coast staff were great!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beach Destination was perfect, Beach attendants kind and responsive to our needs. It was over crowded during this peak time. This low rise building made it quick to get to our condo from the beach or outings and never had to wait on an elevator. We arrived to a dirty condo, carpet needed cleaned, closets cleaned out from owners belongings, main master closet was piled high with beach toys, sand and a musty smell, we couldn’t even open the closet door due to the excessive toys and an outdoor bin that was filled with sand. Furniture was worn down, stained and needed cleaning. Kitchen lacked bowls, plates, silverware and cups for a family of seven. Pantry had a dog food smell, probably because the trash had been stored in the pantry. YUCK! There was black mold on the ceiling on every vent when we arrived. In the spare bedroom the vent was directly above the bunk bed, just inches away from where my daughter had to sleep. When housekeeping arrived a second time to address the problem, they were even embarrassed in the condition of the unit. Cabinets were dirty, inside and outside. The walls needed painting desperately. My biggest complaint, we never had a working dryer the entire time we stayed there, complained several times and management never addressed the issue, kept getting pushed around. The dryer was definitely a fire hazard in the unit! Very disappointed with the unit and Emerald, do better!

Had a moldy smell. Could visibly see the mold around air vents in ceiling.

Check in was a breeze. Getting into the unit and the ease of the property was fabulous. Once we got in we noticed the metal plate on the inside of the front door was broken so I called maintenance. They arrived and put some screws into the door. We left and came back several hours later and our code no longer worked. The maintenance guy apparently used the wrong size screw and factory reset the lock. We were locked out of the condo for 2 hours. We were all cold, wet and covered in sea weed. A locksmith finally had to come and basically break us into the condo. We were told someone had to stay in the condo the next day until someone could come and replace the lock. If we all left we would be locked out of the condo once again. I messaged numerous times the host as well as maintenance and was never once given an approximate time that someone would be there. They finally showed up the next day around lunch and replaced the lock. The next day I get a call from someone that they were coming within 15 minutes to replace the fridge. No explanation as to why and nobody ever showed up. The living room furniture is horribly uncomfortable and worn completely out. The blow dryer in the master bath doesn’t work. Other than that it was great! Super easy to navigate the property and the proximity to the beach is fabulous!

It’s just steps from the beach, making it perfect for enjoying the sun and surf. Being close to local restaurants and shops was also a huge plus.Cleanliness:Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the condo was a major issue. Upon arrival, I found the place to be quite dirty. Dust was thick on the furniture, and the kitchen cabinets were grimy. I opted to clean it myself, as the cleaning team had just left and had done a poor job. They offered to send them back, but I felt it was best to just tackle it myself. The bathrooms were acceptable, but overall, I expected better.Condition of the Condo:The condo itself felt a bit outdated, which wouldn’t have been a problem if it had been clean and well-maintained. The mattress in the master bedroom was uncomfortable, leading to significant back pain during my stay. Although I requested a replacement, the new spring mattress still didn’t meet my needs—I prefer a firmer option. Additionally, any movement in the bed produced annoying squeaks.Customer Service:I do appreciate the customer service’s willingness to address our concerns. They were responsive and tried to help where they could, which I’m grateful for.Overall Experience:While the location is a draw, the lack of cleanliness and comfort makes it hard for me to recommend this specific condo. I won’t be staying here again, as I value a clean and comfortable space for my vacations. If you prioritize those aspects, you might want to look elsewhere

My family and I have just returned home from PCB. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward. Towards the end of our stay, we had a small issue, I messaged the manager and within MINUTES I received an email back. The balcony is large, plenty of seating, and the view is outstanding! We will be staying here again in the future when we visit PCB!

Overall the stay was good, i do wish they had provided more of the basics item like paper towels, dishwasher soap and toilet paper. 1 roll of each isn't nearly enough to get 7 people through 8 days. The place was fairly clean, they had a pack n party for the baby, and a large box of beach toys.

We absolutely loved the room and location!

The parking was awful could not park in my spot had to park across the street the microwave not work the ac stopped a few times I called office 4 times no one showed up so it was 80 degrees in there. I had some unhappy people loved the view the cleanness

It was pretty good. The only thing was we didnt have enough towels for everyone. Then we left an inportang necklace and the cleaners havent said anything about it. Which I know that was our fault for leaving it. Just wished we could get it back. Overall the elevators were quick and the distance to the beach was perfect. We will stay here again.
