You’re ready to go to the beach with chairs, an umbrella, and a beach cart provided. Our linen service provides towels and sheets for your stay but feel free to toss your laundry in the private washer/dryer. There is ample outdoor parking and a garage parking space. Or, get by easily without a vehicle using the free island trolley and you will have everything you need to explore!

Appreciated 3bed and 3bath configuration of this condo for our family room of 5. Convenient to stores and beaches. Nice overlook of mangroves.
I've stayed many places on vacations, and being a property manager, im pretty picky. The property was clean, thats a priority! Very spacious, and had many necessities a family would need on vacation! Beds super comfy and clean!! Basic beach supplies as well. Not much that can improve on for property manager, as he was prompt and available when needed. For the property owner, I can only think of a few things I would suggest for future updates....master bathroom has no privacy, not a big deal but for some it may be, even a privacy curtain, washer/dryer very small.and in dire need of internal cleaning around seals, living sofa very uncomfortable could use updated, and those traveling with younger kids, maybe beach toys and a beach blanket. Lastly original listing said 3 rods, but never found them to use and it's now removed from listing. All and all I'd rent here again and highly recommend Bob and this property. Like I said, the few things I can recommend are only minor and outweighed by everything positive.
Great location, close to trolley, Publix and of course most importantly the beach. Nice unit, 3 floors, 3 bathrooms and a laundry. Beach toys to utilize, nice restaurants all over the island. Would definitely recommend to friends and a return visit.
The condo was exactly as described. Everything you need for a fun, relaxing beach vacation. Walking distance to the beach, Publix, and restaurants. I recommend renting a golf-cart to fully enjoy Anna Maria Island. We will definitely come back.
The property is convenient to shopping. Easy to find and was spacious. The property manager Bob was great to work with. He was easy to reach. We had a bit of a problem with the lock and it was handled immediately. The condo is a bit of a walk from the beach but certainly manageable. Overall it was a great stay. Beds were comfortable and the condo was nice and clean.
Visited late Feb (Presidents Day week) with three of my kids, ages 8 - 11. AMI is a busy place with a decent amount of traffic, so for people planning a visit, it's probably ideal to be walking distance to shops, restaurants and beaches. This has all that, and a pool. The shops include Publix, CVS, Dollar Tree, a full strip mall, a beach shop and one of the public beaches + bar + restaurant. This condo is on the older side and with that comes some pros and some cons: older condos tend to be built better so they're quieter, and that was true for this end-unit--we never heard our neighbors. This unit was one of the few that had a garage door which was great so we never had to unload the gear from the car and could keep things in the garage overnight (like the T-tops to the Jeep we rented). The owners provided a collapsible beach wagon, a plethora of beach / pool towels, 3 fishing rods, 1 beach umbrella, 4 NICE beach chairs, and two adult bikes! There IS a third bedroom; they're just not allowed to categorize it as such in the listing b/c it doesn't have a closet, but it has a double bed with nice down comforters, 2 nightstands, a small dresser and its own full bath directly next to it. My 8-yo twins shared it, while my older daughter and I had our own rooms and bathrooms upstairs. The W/D is small (stacked) but worked great, we appreciated the electric tea kettle and smart TVs and so many porches, both screened and not. Cooked-in multiple nights and had everything we needed! Best of all Bob is an excellent property manager!! We had to call him twice and he never made us feel bad for needing his services. (That has happened before to us.) Bob asked for feedback afterwards as it's under ownership and they and he appeared to be open to suggestions for improvements. Comfortable beds, pillows and plenty of towels. No shampoo, conditioner or body lotion provided so I was glad I'd brought my own from the previous hotel but if you don't, CVS is a walk across the road. :) I'd stay here again!

Great for one week stay. The location is very nice. We were able to walk to the beach without any trouble. Very close to a Publix. Community pool available, must get there early because there aren’t very many chairs available. There are many stairs in this townhouse, that are steep. Beds were good the beds were very good. The outside space was small but very nice. The kitchen is not stocked for cooking all your meals. But it is fine for breakfast and lunch.Bottom line this is a wonderful place to stay for one week. Additional note, there are no closets
