THE SPACE:
Newly updated 2,588 sq ft 3 bedroom/3 bath condo with Marina Views in luxury Harbour Village Community in Ponce Inlet, FL. Our recently updated condo offers our guests a clean, tranquil and inviting atmosphere to take in all that coastal Ponce Inlet has to offer!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
3 bedroom and 3 bath, with 2 split master suites each featuring king bed and private full baths. Bedroom 3, has queen bed with twin bunk and 3rd full bath across hall. All mattresses are new (Nov 2024).

KITCHEN:
Full size and fully equipped kitchen, including new appliances! Kitchen is well stocked with essentials to meet cooking and entertaining needs, including New Ninja coffee maker with dual kpod or ground coffee pot ability. Please be sure to read our digital guidebook after booking, to see specific items provided.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
The outdoor space is really an added HIGHLGHT - including 2 large balconies offering beautiful marina views! One off kitchen & Master bedroom #1, is very private with outdoor dining table, seating 6. Second wrap around balcony off living room’s 2 huge sliding glass doors & 3rd bedroom; has conversational outdoor patio set with couch, chairs and table. The property amenities are unlike any other complex in the area and really shine including many features listed which guests have access (no additional charge).

Guest Access within Harbour Village Community:
- 2 parking passes: 1 assigned parking garage space, plus 1 additional parking pass for outdoor overnight guests

- Walk on 9 hole par 3 golf course or use one of 4 clay tennis courts, tables and restrooms available as well
- 3rd pool option located near building, often might be only persons enjoying it
- Maintained boardwalk through mangroves with shaded gazebos and rest seats throughout grounds, leading to covered pavilion to enjoy fishing or a sunset on inter coastal waterway

PETS:
Harbour Village & our unit is uniquely pet friendly including LARGE dogs (up to 85 lbs) with TWO DOG limit. Pet fee does apply. Pets must be on leash at all times in common spaces & waste must be picked up after and disposed in designated bins conveniently located throughout grounds. We do ask pets NOT be allowed on furniture in respect to future guests.

EXPECTATIONS:
This tranquil setting is a quieter & calmer community than some of surrounding areas, many neighbors are full time owners and/or residents. No loud music or parties.
Guests will need to bring all paper products, soaps and personal toiletries including toilet paper, dish and laundry soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cooking oil/spray, coffee/kpods, ect. A small starter pack will be provided. Several local stores do offer delivery into the complex & a 7-Eleven is 0.4 miles for easy convenience.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Ponce Inlet, FL is beautiful coastal down in Volusia County, Florida in United States. Town is just south of famous Daytona Beach. The town is located on the southern tip of a barrier island - locally known as Beachside. Town is quieter side of the northern counterpart Daytona Beach, but has several (6) costal restaurants often featuring live music and fresh catch entrees. Just outside the complex is a community building, community park including several pickleball courts, basketball courts, play structure, dog park. Area has several wide sidewalks and drive/no drive sections of wide flat beach. Famous Ponce Inlet lighthouse, which includes a museum and ability to climb to top. Local fishing, sailing, jet ski charters available, as well as ice cream & surf shops!

    I highly recommend this stay. The owner was very communicative making sure we were able to get into the property and checking on us throughout to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo has everything from extra phone chargers to a beach wagon and chairs. The location is great, beautiful sunset views and very close to the pool. We really enjoyed the private on property restaurant.
