Stayed Jul 22, 2025The access to the beach is completely blocked by an umbrella & chair company which isn’t fair to those who rent a condo!!We had to walk past the building to set up. Parking is awful we have a full size truck and it’s nearly impossible to park.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is amazing. It was very clean and spacious for our family. It has a large balcony with great view of the ocean. Parking was convenient and we never had to wait for elevators. Riley was very prompt and always available to respond for any questions. I would definitely recommend this place.

It was very clean and everything worked as it should. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The only problem we had was we came in a pickup and it was almost impossible to park in the assigned spot in the lower level. We had to park in the overflow across the street. It wasn't a big deal. If your in a car or suv shouldn't be a problem. We will definitely stay at this condo again.

Stayed Jun 1, 2024The unit was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. Being on the top floor was really cool as you can see everything in the water. The balcony was one of our favorite places besides the beach. The breeze was perfect. Everything was great only thing I wish would be a king bed in the master. But that didn’t cause any problems at all. Would stay again for sure

Stayed Apr 1, 2024Our stay was easy and uneventful, from the booking to the stay and the check-out. The accommodations were exactly as shown. One elevator was not working, but still didn’t have to wait too long. The pool area could use some repair, especially the pool apron and deck. I would recommend Greta to those looking along the P.C. Beach area.

Reviewer Comments: This was my second stay at Tropic Winds and both stays have been wonderful! This condo unit was so well equipped and the views were amazing. The unit was clean and well supplied and I could not have asked for more. The unit was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views and I spent most of the time on the spacious balcony. I would absolutely stay here again!!
