As far as locations go, it doesn't get much better - the complex is situated just west of Hwy 79 on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach close to Pier Park! This spacious condo features all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen, high-end furnishings, including new drapes in the living room and master bedroom and contemporary decor. The condo was completely painted in Jan. 2025.

The master bedroom sits right on the Gulf and offers a king size bed, private bathroom, and endless panoramic views. The guest bedroom also has a king size bed, plenty of storage space and a connecting bathroom.

Enjoy the upgraded kitchen which offers granite counter tops and brand new stainless steel appliances. The dining room table can seat up to 6 adults comfortably and there is a breakfast bar with 3 additional bar stools. The living room provides a full size sectional sofa, flat screen TV and DVD player.

Tropic Winds features oversized balconies that are much larger than most local condominiums providing you with additional living space. The 10 by 28 oversized balcony offers a large dining table for outdoor meals, chaise loungers, and chairs.

Parking is a breeze; this condo features a designated parking spot located on the 1st floor, with easy access to the elevator. No parking ramps to deal with!! The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $40.

Parking: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The primary vehicle is provided a parking pass at check-in. Each additional vehicle will require a $40 parking pass.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking/vaping during your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking/Vaping can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager is on-site.

    The access to the beach is completely blocked by an umbrella & chair company which isn’t fair to those who rent a condo!!We had to walk past the building to set up. Parking is awful we have a full size truck and it’s nearly impossible to park.

The only problem we had was we came in a pickup and it was almost impossible to park in the assigned spot in the lower level. We had to park in the overflow across the street. It wasn't a big deal. If your in a car or suv shouldn't be a problem. We will definitely stay at this condo again.

    The unit was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. Being on the top floor was really cool as you can see everything in the water. The balcony was one of our favorite places besides the beach. The breeze was perfect. Everything was great only thing I wish would be a king bed in the master. But that didn’t cause any problems at all. Would stay again for sure

    Our stay was easy and uneventful, from the booking to the stay and the check-out. The accommodations were exactly as shown. One elevator was not working, but still didn’t have to wait too long. The pool area could use some repair, especially the pool apron and deck. I would recommend Greta to those looking along the P.C. Beach area.

This condo unit was so well equipped and the views were amazing. The unit was clean and well supplied and I could not have asked for more. The unit was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views and I spent most of the time on the spacious balcony. I would absolutely stay here again!!
