Stayed Oct 8, 2024This was our first time to stay at Needle Rush Point. We stayed on the bayside which was also a first for us and it was so peaceful. Our condo was exactly as described in our listing. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Stayed Oct 1, 2022We have been staying at Needlerush point for years and the complex itself is old school beach perfect. This unit needs to be removed from the rental pool until further treatment is complete. It is infested with roaches - the small ones. We stopped counting after killing over 5 dozen. We purchased several different roach sprays and set out 20 traps. Zero effect not he population though we had to vacuum up the carcasses of the ones we did kill. The rental company is billed as having 24/7 management. This is accurate only in that they reply on the weekend to say that it is after hours and be sure the check the dark damp areas when spraying. On day 4, the day before we left, a very nice lady from the rental company came by the change the air filters and noticed the issue and called her supervisor to report. They did send pest control and dropped gift cards to a local restaurant - but with it being our last night that was of little use as we were already at dinner elsewhere. ( I offered this info on the requested review from the rental company after departure and asked for some sort of credit even if only for the $100 we spent of roach treatment products but did not hear back.) The location was great and we still love Needlerush but will not, nor would we advise anyone else to, stay in this unit again.

Stayed May 18, 2022After many years renting at Needle Rush Point, we were very disappointed in the cleanliness and overall condition of F-23. The carpet was stained, dirty/wet towels were left in the condo, upholstery was ripped, and the stove and utensils were dirty. The setting of the property is good but this condo seemed neglected.
