** NEED A BREAK ** Lakefront, 2 min walk to beach

Luis was very responsive to questions and inquiries. Love the location. Have been coming down here for 30 years. Seascape is like home!

This is our second year in a row at this place. Nice apartment, good location, very smooth check-in and check-out. Will be back.

LOCATION, LOCATION was great, walked to beach looked out to lake and very quiet and relaxing areas. Large community and great for walking. Has nine hole golf.

We had a great time. Check-in was easy. close to the pool. Parking near the beach made it easy for us to pack our stuff up and get to the beach. We would definitely consider staying there again.

We had a great stay here. The apartment was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen being outfitted with full-size appliances is some of the best parts. The area offers everything you need for a short drive and even walking distance restaurants. I highly recommend this place. We will be back.

This property was wonderful! It was exactly as pictured in the posting. It had everything needed to make a beach stay just what you would want it to be! We would definitely choose this property again if we return to this area!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was within walking distance. The place was clean, the kitchen was stocked with anything you would need and the pool was right outside the front door. We will definitely be back.

Great location for our needs.The condo is very nicely decorated and comfortable.The bed could be better.A few items could be added to the kitchen like, a kettle, a casserole dish or two, place mats. Scatter mats in the bathroom are a slip/trip hazard. Overall a great spot to put up your feet and relax.

Condo was exactly as pictured! Great location! A few steps from the pool which came in handy on really hot days! Also want to mention the great attention to detail with things around the condo….I.e first aid kit in the bathroom. 10/10

Overall everything was amazing and just what our family of five needed. The only issue had is the amount of noise and stomping you hear from the upstairs guests.

Overall, the condo worked out well. Check in and out was easy and communication was great. The main issue for us was the overall cleanliness of the condo. The floor in particular was very dirty, our feet were completely black after only a few minutes of walking around. The rugs and bathmats were also not very clean. Having a toddler who spends a lot of time on the floor, this was extra concerning. We have stayed in several other seascape properties over the years, loved the location on the lake, and we would have considered staying here again if not for the cleanliness issues.
