Nearly 180 degree beach view

Richard is the best. Easy to email, he responds. Enjoyed the whole week. Wish we stayed longer. We are planning on returning next December.

This is an excellent place to stay. By far my favorite stay in fort Walton beach. The whole building was clean and quiet. Very nice pool and excellent views.

Property was very dirty. Terrible mold in both bathrooms that we had to buy cleaning products to kill the odor. Cleaning service needs to be fired. Property was wonderfully located on the island , but needs some updating. Furniture was dirty and dated. Window coverings were simply drapes , no blinds. Blinds on sliding glass doors were missing pieces. Would not stay here again.

My husband and I spent a week on the island had a great time. Perfect location close enough to all the entertainment and far enough away from the crowds. Richard the owner was very helpful and was available to answer questions. Condo was perfect and will stay there again.

Would def stay at this condo again. Our specific condo was really nice. Check in was abreeze and out room was even available early for us. We enjoyed the pool access off the beach and complimentary chairs and umbrella. Condo was big enoigh for me, my wofe and son along woth her mom and step-dad. Only issies were that the couch, lpve seat and chair set in the living room werent very comfortable and some furnitire in the bedrooms were a bit dated. The master toilet also rocked a bit. But other than those small things we had a blast. And those are just nitpicky things. Def loved everything else.

Condo exactly as described & easy access to beach. Mattress in master bedroom great. Could use a new mattress in second bedroom.

Great view of the gulf. Comfortable space. It didn’t bother adults but kids would have liked updated TV’s. No Netflix and Disney if you don’t bring a fire stick.

Beautiful condo! Spectacular view! Beach service includes 2 chairs 1 umbrella! Quiet area. Host very easy & quick to respond. Easiest check in and check out ever! Don’t forget your parking pass (also included in fees)!

This was our first time in the area and I think we've found our new vacation spot. Condo was as described, beautiful view and quiet location. Master bedroom mattress wasnt the most comfortable but thats my only *minor* complaint. Overall the condo and facility/pool were great. Chair service on the beach was amazing. The Gulf water and beach were fantastic. We unfortunately had quite a bit of June grass while there but could still snorkle in parts and saw tons of fish, a sting ray and even a quick peek at a sea turtle! Saw dolfins every morning. Very enjoyable stay, we'll definitely be back

Nice stay however we seen roaches in the kitchen but that could be due to the fact we were close to the trash bin location. The rug in the shower is dangerous when the the tub fills up while taking a shower. Housekeeping didnt leave enough washclothes for 4 people. No dish clothes. Got stuck on the left elevator. Needs some attention but Location is nice.

Place was clean. Very spacious. Only complaint was needs a new stove. Oven worked good but top burners would not stay hot. Balcony was awesome beach rental was great. Over all a great place to stay. Would stay there again if stove works better.

We loved our stay and the convient access to pool and beach. Loved that the porch area stayed shady all day. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

We had a great time on our trip here! The location was perfect and the view was incredible. The furnishings were comfortable. The floors were quite dirty— my son’s feet and knees were black from playing on the rug in the living room on our first night there. We were only left 1 trash bag for a week long stay and there was construction going on in the parking garage. Therefore, the pool area was very loud with the grinding of construction tools and we were not able to park in the parking garage. Not a terrible inconvenience, but it would have been nice to know about the work being done before we arrived. Overall, we had a great trip and the location was great!

We had a nice stay, location and place are perfect. Our room was not clean when we arrived but the owner immediately sent someone and took care of it. Good communication.
