Stayed Sep 22, 2024We stayed two nights to attend a concert. The property was a 10 min drive away. This place is downtown. We walked almost everywhere we wanted to go. The waterfront is 6 blocks away. There’s a whole foods grocery store 3 blocks away. Many dining and shopping opportunities within blocks. The place has two bedrooms with doors. Kitchen with all the utensils. Comfortable beds, couches, tables. Parking is included. Altogether a great place to stay.

Stayed Sep 17, 2025We had a great stay at this Seattle rental! The location is unbeatable—so walkable to everything downtown has to offer. The host was friendly, responsive, and even checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well.The apartment itself was very clean and surprisingly quiet inside—once the door is shut, you can’t hear anything from the other room, which made for a restful stay. Since it’s a basement unit, there isn’t a lot of natural light, but that wasn’t an issue for us as we were out exploring most of the day. We did notice some construction noise from outside, but that was only when we had the window open.Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and well-kept spot that made our trip to Seattle really enjoyable.

It is located ideally for walking to anything you could imagine seeing, doing, or eating in downtown Seattle.If you reserve this unit, you must be prepared for city noise 24/7.All in all this is a great unit, and an excellent value compared to hotels in the area.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025Great location, very clean and had everything we needed. The downside was the noise outside the windows and in the pipes at night. Not much you can do about it- but being earplugs and use a fan! Overall great stay!
