The warm and cozy living area features comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or trails. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything needed to prepare meals with family and friends, while the dining area comfortably seats six guests. During the summer months, guests will love the oversized sunny patio deck complete with a natural gas Weber grill for outdoor dining and entertaining. With beautifully remodeled bathrooms, TVs in both bedrooms, free WiFi, and thoughtful mountain décor throughout, this condo is designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay year-round.

Guests at Mountainwood enjoy access to the nearby Columbine Pool complex, located about a three-minute walk from the unit, featuring seasonal outdoor pool access, hot tubs, and a fitness center. The Columbine Pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day during the summer season and reopens from mid-November through Breckenridge Ski Area closing day during the winter ski season. The property also includes heated underground garage parking, elevator access, and ski storage for added convenience.

    The place was extremely dated and surprised there was carpet everywhere. Had a few issues and contacted management, who responded a day later that they received my text/call, but then never addressed the concerns (toilet not flushing and wifi not working-incorrect password). But the fact that it was walking distance to the stores/restaurants as well as to the mountain to ski) made it GREAT. Note- this place will sleep no more than 7 guests. The second bedroom is a queen/full bed with a twin bed in the same room. Extremely crowded, which is probably why pictures are not posted of the second bedroom.

    Perfect walking distance to Main Street. Only downfall was having 1 parking space. We had to pay for parking at the ice rink.Very clean and perfect location

    The positives: Place was nice, clean, good location, walking distance to QuickSilver lift. Access to hot tub / pool area was close, short walk, great after a long day of skiing, but beware, very crowded, but we did not mind, everyone was friendly and festive. However some negatives: Full sized bed in 2nd BR needs to be replaced, very hard. The lamp shade over this bed needs to thrown in trash and replaced. Coffee carafe was broken and sitting out on counter when we arrived, so no way to make coffee, we called mgmt and it took 2 days to correct, but the correction was a new very small 5 cup coffee maker, which THEN we didn't have the right size filters for, and 5 cups doesn't go very far with a group of coffee drinkers. Also, we blew a main circuit breaker in the kitchen and it took several hours after calling to get someone over to reset. I am used to much faster and friendlier responses from my past VRBO hosts.

    The location was great. The beds, flooring, and windows were dated and not in great shape. The listing stated there was a bunkbed. Instead there was a single bed. This caused significant issues for our group and wasn't resolved well.

    First time to Breck. Loved the location. Close to quicksilver & to restaurants. Loved being able to walk to Sinclair’s to grab sodas, snacks or Gatorade. Floor was only cold in kitchen & bathrooms. When the pilot light went out on the fireplace they came quickly ti fix. Garage was nice to have - didn’t have to clean snow off car. Washing machine right in the hallway to easy to do laundry. It was either 4 or $5 total in quarters for wash n dry. Told kids to take quick showers … I think that’s about it. Loved it. No regrets.

    Great location and very convenient to quicksilver lift and across street from Charter Sports. So, rentals for ski's are very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

    Pros: Location was great!! It is a 4-5 minute walk to QuickSilver lift. Condo was clean and master bdrm and kitchen were big. Gas fireplace was great and elevator and keyless front door were a plus. Bathrooms were great size too and clean. Cons: Second bdrm was really tight but we endured it. The coach cushions were warn out. The sleeper mattress was horrible and needs to be replaced. All the wall outlet plugs were old and loose so it was hard to keep our devices plugged in. They kept falling out. There was no access to a ski locker. The laundry machine only took quarters and was $3.50 to wash and dry. It was an inconvenience to drive to the rental office first when everything could be done online. The kitchen pans were cheap and warm out, but still useable. That’s why I’d only give this rental a 4 out of 5 stars. Don’t get me wrong, We would stay here again because of the location and it was clean. We will take the trade off. It could be perfect with a little TLC.
