Near Beach Condo

We had a great stay in a very nice apartment. The location halfway between the town center and the beach was very convenient.

Lily’s place was very nice and in a great location for access to the beach and pier as well as shops etc. on Del Mar. 2 car garage was also very nice for our group.

The apartment was great. It was clean, comfortable, and had a nice beachy vibe and color. The beach itself was only a very short walk down the hill. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch to relax, where you could see the ocean in the distance. Overall, we would love to make this place our go-to place when we come down to San Clemente from the Bay Area.

The property is very nice and well equipped , with a limited view of the ocean. My family did find that some of the neighbors were a little loud at times, although this is not a deal changer.

Excellent customer service. Location is perfect for access to the beach or San Clemente park & restaurants. Appealing interior decor. Beds were comfortable. Garage parking a challenge for larger vehicles. Quiet neighborhood.Perfect for a long or short stay in San Clemente.

A lovely place! Beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We had a working retreat there, and had ample room for meetings and spaces for quiet times too. We were able, in just a few minutes, to walk to the pier and two great eateries! My team wants us to stay there again next year!

First time to San Clemente- Lily was so attentive to all of my questions and was quick to respond. The place was well kept and modern. I packed way too much- the house has more than enough amenities to make for all your vacation stay perfect. The neighbors and town people were so kind and friendly- definitely worth your and great place to vacation.

We had an amazing stay at this fabulous rental home! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to downtown, which made everything so convenient. We originally chose this place because it was close to family, but honestly, we’d come back again just for the home itself.It was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can tell the hosts put a lot of thought into the space—from the comfy beds (with blackout blinds throughout) to the thoughtfully stocked kitchen (with nice pans!), every detail was just right. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Condo was spotless, it had all the amenities that were on the listing, everything worked. Communication with renter was easy and she replied right away. You could not ask for a better location, less than 5-minute walk to the beach/pier, and about the same to main street shopping. Cannot say enough about how clean and nice the condo was, it was cozy and made us feel like we were at home.Will look for this again next time we come to town.

The condo was very nice, clean and well equipped. We found nothing lacking. The location was excellent, walking distance to the Main Street with restaurants and shops, and the beach and pier. We will come again.

The property was great! It was big, very clean and walkable to both the beach and restaurants! We loved walking to the coffee shop near the pier every morning. The host was easy to get in touch with and sent easy check in instructions. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Our family ver much enjoyed our stay at the “Near the Beach” condo. The location was close enough to the beach that even our 4 year walked it without complaint. Thank you Lilly for your communication and waiting up for us when our flight was delayed. We’ll book again in the future.?
