Stayed Oct 10, 2023This condo was one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had a good supply of cooking utensils and dishes.

Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean, nicely decorated, all appliances were newer models, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, bowls, etc. Outside area was clean, safe and all areas were well lit.

Reviewer Comments: unit sufficed for purpose intended which was the boat lift 2 things, owner may want to lubricate the lift motors only real beef is that forgot something in refrigerator and went back to condo at 10:15 and the door lock code had been changed, you think maybe you could allow at least an hour for things like this, pretty ******

Stayed Jul 12, 2021We stayed at this property 4 days and as soon as we walked in we knew I was going to be great. Clean and kitchen fully equipped. They have plenty of good restaurants in driving distance. Our favorite was Tacky Jack and The Village Lawn.

Stayed Aug 27, 2020It was not cleaned properly. I see this in most rentals at Navy Cove. Check out time was at 10:00 but she got there at 9:00 and stood outside the door. She told me no rush but it still caused me to feel rushed. I left my garbage bags and DW tabs as a result of feeling pressured. Why would she stand outside for an hour?? She was probably supposed to be cleaning elsewhere. Cleaning companies need to be more supervised. Thanks.
