Property was nice beach access was easy and close. View was good.

Room was perfect for 2 couples. Gulf view was nice. Easy access to beach. Would stay here again!

Property was in excellence condition compared to other condos we had stayed at recently. This was our first time at Nautilus and it did not disappoint! Staff was incredibly helpful and even helped us get checked in early.

Nice place ! Close to beach

It was a good stay. The check in process was beyond easy and flawless. That was much appreciated! However, upon my arrival there was a broken sign on the master bedroom door going to the balcony. I Only book rooms that have a master bedroom leading to the balcony. I was highly disappointed this was not conveyed prior to booking. In addition, when you walk out on the balcony it’s a good view of the beach, but you have other peoples balcony literally facing you and it takes so much away from the experience, not to mention, how close they are. This was not accurately displayed in the listing. To most it may not be a big deal, to me, they were huge. Besides that, it was a good place to stay for my first time in Fort Walton.

My first hiccup was my misunderstanding with family members as to the desired dates of stay. I called the office and they graciously worked with me on the adjustment. Then, at our after hours arrival, our entry code didn’t work. While I anticipated a wait for help, that was not the case. Readily available assistance was immediate. We misunderstood the number of sleeping spots (no hide-a-bed) because it was advertised as max occupancy of 6. The office again was Johnny on the spot with an air mattress for the little girls. The management could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The unit and balcony were roomy and nicely furnished. We will be a repeat visitor!

The view from the room was beautiful, the pool always clean, the beach chairs were so nice to have, the sand was never hot and the waves never too big! We really enjoyed the condo and location. I had a couple of issues which were addressed with the Nautilus staff and they handled everything quickly and made right that which was wrong. There were activities close to the condo within a short driving distance.

Love this property!! Front desk is incredibly communicative and helpful. Direct beach access is great and the little hoses to spray off your feet when you come back across the bridge are so convenient. Pool is nice but only really sunny in the middle of the day. Only two elevators and they both have a stuck-button problem, but this wasn't a major inconvenience. Carts for unpacking and packing your car are plentiful and helpful. Balcony views are lovely, even on the side of the building.

Great location, beautiful views Only complaint was the temperature in the condo. The fan and tv did not work in the master bedroom and made the room hot at night.

It was clean comfortable just enough space for 4 adults, staff friendly and helpful, not over crowded, not many teens, beach was beautiful sand crisp and white, parking not a problem, neighbors were friendly. Great stay!

Property was just as explained on the website. Clean and the check in process couldn’t have been any easier. We were given an extra night at a discounted rate because no one was checking in the day we were scheduled to leave, so that was a nice surprise! We will definitely stay there again.
