Peaceful mornings sipping coffee on the balcony, ocean views, and the sound of the waves were the perfect escape to recharge and reflect. Kenan and Jerry Lynn were so friendly and helpful . Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nautilus 1605 was everything we needed. Good space and layout for a 1BR condo. Great location right on the beach with a perfect view. Appreciated that the property management coordinates with the beach rental company to include a chair/umbrella setup in the price. Especially appreciated was the friendly staff who helped to ensure we had what we needed, answered questions, and addressed any issues. The island itself isn't incredibly walkable, but we're very excited to visit once the construction is complete and the greenway goes to Destin. Did enjoy being right on the coast, with easy access to explore Ft. Walton. Would recommend to anyone visiting that area of town.

Nautilus was a bit older property and the elevator made a few noises but the property was clean and well maintained. The unit was exactly what was advertised and very clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. All this contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
