The views were amazing from balcony and the management company was always responsive and helpful. The condo had everything you need for your stay and the beach towels and cooler and beach chairs were a plus to our awesome beach vacation. We will definitely rent this place again next time.

The grand kids were so excited watching the dolphins swim by. We would sit on the balcony every morning, regardless of weather and have coffee.

The condo was newly renovated and was very well stocked. We will definitely be adding this location to our return trip list.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, satisfied with our stay. The beach and local restaurants did not disappoint! The Nautilus is looking a bit old and run down. A bare foot walk in the hall or unit balcony will leave the bottom of your feet black. The unit’s en suite bathroom shower had thick shower grim-soap scum and bad repair of the wall around the toilet paper holder. With that being said, we are looking forward to coming back next year!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was pretty however there are a few things. Need more lights in the living room area. The master best ceiling fan did not work and needs repair but we didn’t need to use the fan. The toilets need to be replaced with higher one especially for tall or senior people. Could use a pizza pan and air fryer in kitchen. The unit was non smoking but I did not know the grounds were not. The beautiful unit balcony could not be enjoyed by us in the afternoon due to other units smoking on their balconies. So this is a deal breaking for future visits for us. I would only recommit individuals that don’t mind smoking.

Property was as described. Decor was nice and updated. Air conditioner worked great. Master bed was very comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony. Very convenient to access the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Having Beach umbrella service daily is a huge plus for our stay. Gerilynn at the front desk is absolutely amazing. She is attentive and quick to be helpful in every way. We have stayed her 4 times now and certain if we go back to area it will be a 5th time. Condo are clean and wife feels very safe staying here. We have done Ocean front and Ocean view and we enjoy both with the added bonus of sitting on deck each night listening to sound of water. Location is fantastic as it removes you from the hustle and bustle of being in Destin. Elevators are a little slow but this is certainly not a dealbreaker for us. We had yet another Wonderful Stay

Only issue was the master shower was was a little clogged, but with all the sand, we kinda get other issues.
