Nautical Nook: 1B/2B with Oversized Balcony

We had a side view room and they upgraded are room to a ocean front at no charge.

Great balcony, location, and space for a visit.

VERY DISAPPOINTING! Poorly stocked kitchen, small very old TV's, no ice maker in the fridge, very stingy on startup supplies.

We were not able to get this room because of a bathroom problem. Would have liked it better than the room we received because would have been the ocean view, we wanted. Was very disappointed in that fact. We did like the other room because was well kept and clean and nicely arranged. Also haven't received the refund for the room change if you can see to that. Thank you

This place left a lot to be desired! The unit is the farthest away from the ocean, next to noisy tennis courts and a basketball court and just above the area where people wash their cars and the cleaning people load their mop buckets! Virtually, every piece of furniture on the patio and in the family room is worn and stained. All of the towels were stained or had bleach spots on them as well. The master bedroom blinds were cut with holes in them, which was odd. The bed shook because the headboard is not attached well. None of the lamps or anything else for that matter were plugged in so I had to move furniture to plug everything in! No toaster, no paper towels. These simple additions for convenience would have made a difference. The place just seemed very tired. The master bath toilet broke and I fixed it myself-the chain going to the handle rusted off. The kitchen light flickered at night even though it was turned off so anyone sleeping on the pullout couch could not get a good night’s sleep with that. Needs some TLC, fixes, updates, and attention to detail and amenities.

The host was very responsive and helpful. Location was great, and the balcony was really nice. The place was nice but could use some updates.

The place was very tastefully decorated! The bed was comfy & we loved the balcony! Communication was great! Definitely thinking about doing it again!

We had a great mini getaway! The hosts were more than accommodating and extremely helpful with tips and suggestions of how to spend our time there. The place is very nice and has everything you need to enjoy your stay! Highly recommend and look forward to staying again!

We LOVED this condo!! Communication with the host was excellent. The bed was comfortable. We spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the breeze from the ocean. They have the condo set up with so many extras...beach towels, beach chairs & umbrella, kitchen items, board games. They have thought of everything. We asked to extend the stay for an extra night so we could see the space shuttle launch. They were able to accomodate this request. The pool is excellent and the grounds were well kept. They have a special key to get to the pool and other commons areas. There are tennis raquets and balls if you want to utilize this on the property. There is some covered parking which was nice with the Florida sun. Laundry is avaliable on site. 1.50 to wash and 1.00 to dry. Highly recommend booking this condo. The 2 bathrooms were very nice. The living room is large enought to have an air mattress if needed.

Husband and I stayed at the Nautical Nook for a week following a cruise. The condo is minutes from the Avis car rental office and in a convenient location to stores and restaurants by car. Check in was easy and Colin the property manager responded to all questions almost immediately. The condo was spotless and supplied with all the basics. Kitchen supplies were a bit limited but adequate for breakfast and lunch prep. It was great to have the second bathroom. We enjoyed the large pool area as the ocean was quite rough but beach is only a 5 minute walk from the condo and great for sitting or walking. We watched 3 spacex launches from the beach at night…beautiful! I would highly recommend this condo for a couple or 3 people if the third doesn’t mind a sleep sofa. Overall a great week at the Nautical Nook.

We enjoyed our stay at Nautical Nook. It was just me and hubs. The unit is a corner room so it was nice and quiet. It was perfect for a short weekend getaway. The place was clean and had everything you could need for a short or long stay. The location to the beach was great!! I would recommend this place for two people for sure, maybe four, but the sofa bed may not be the most comfy with two people on it. It did smell like paint when we got there, but that tells me the owner is trying to keep up the place to look nice. We became nose blind quickly. Overall, I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

Perfect quiet location, steps from the ocean, pool was a plus! Clean and loved the large balcony. Would love to stay here again.

Such a great place centrally located in cape canaveral. The entrance to the beach was right out side and also had a pool which was great for an evening swim. The location had ample space and even offered a handicapped shower for those in need of one. Highly recommend this location and would stay again when back in cape canaveral.

Originally planned a 40th birthday trip to Charleston SC to see a Stick Figure concert! Hurricane Debbie came through and we had to cancel. Fortunately they did a pop-up concert in Cocoa Beach!! My husband and I had a great time, even stayed an extra night! Thanks for having us :)

This was an amazing stay. Pool and ocean view. My kids went from the ocean to the pool. We were very close to food, restaurants, ocean access, the port, to many to list. The covered parking was nice. Only complaint is that we didn’t have a brook or anything to sweep the sand in our room. We ended up borrowing one from another person. We will be back!

We truly enjoyed this room. The location is perfect. Close to good dining. Loved the oversized patio. Would definitely recommend this room.
