Stayed Jul 3, 2024The villa was nice and quiet with just enough room for 3 adults and 3 children 10 years and under. We drove across Front Beach Rd and parked our cars to visit the beach and pool which was the best solution for our group. Everything was clean and in great condition. We would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay at a top rate resort without the noise of being in the condominiums.

Stayed Jun 16, 2023This property was just perfect for our vacation with a our two kids under five. We are beach lovers and we were able to walk through the resort and over a major road directly on to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with Tupperware and blenders, the two showers, washer, dryer, and clothing drying rack were great for post beach clean up, and there were umbrellas, beach chairs and beach toys on the patio. The owner was accessible and helpful if we had any questions during most of our stay. The only thing I’d bring next time is a spatula for mixing/baking and a step stool for my toddler to wash his hands at the sink. There was a fee that we didn’t know of until the owner informed us of it a week or so before the trip. Our stay ended on a sour note because of the checkout process. It’s a 10 am checkout and between our juggling our kids and packing we didn’t remove all the food from the fridge. The owner sent us pics later saying this was unacceptable. I asked if we had paid a cleaning fee and we had. I was a bit surprised and disappointed since we had run the dishwasher and tried to follow checkout instructions. He apologized but his initial reaction was pretty bold. We enjoyed it but wouldn’t return because of this last exchange.

Stayed Jun 8, 2023This place was perfect. Very clean. Although, it's a one bedroom, it's very spacious! The place is well-lit. Tons of storage for clothes and bags. Communication with the property manager was amazing. They answer immediately and are very accommodating. I will definitely recommend it to others and would enjoy staying here again!
