Nature's Nook | In-Town | Pool | Hot Tub

The place was clean, it was a very easy check-in and check out, the hot tub was a small walk from the condo. We are a family of 6, so we were able to make it work even with 1 bathroom.

We elk hunt in Colorado every November, and this condo was the perfect spot to stop and stay on our way to our hunting location. Ross is an excellent host, and the condo had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We definitely recommend staying if you are visiting Durango!

Comfortable beds

Everything was as it should be. Well pleased. Only suggestion would be more lighting to locate the building number and navigate the steps

The Nook is better than advertised. Taking a shower is a zen event. Very clean and well maintained. Great place.

Nature's Nook was absolutely perfect!

Comfy, wood stove-warmed condo provided lovely respite for our night between two days of skiing! Gorgeous master suite with a generous king bed plus the sweet lofted spot gave us plenty of room to stretch out and rest, cozy kitchen cooked up a great meal that we enjoyed in the main space and couches! Lovely night with great star views on the patio, and don’t forget to make use of the hot tub and sauna! It was exactly what we needed after a few days on the mountain. Thank you for a great weekend getaway!

Perfect for my family

We really enjoyed our time here and we would definitely come back!!! The location was so convenient being so close to FLC as our daughter plays soccer on the women's team. Everything was so clean, and we loved the decor and colors of the condo. We made several meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great place to stay!!

The condo was great! We were super close to Ft. Lewis & everything else was conveniently located.

We wanted something close enough to downtown that we could bike around. This place was perfect for that. It's also connected to a good set of mountain bike trails that are also within biking distance. The loft and pullout couch allowed each of our kids to have their own space. Communication with the owner was proactive and easily accessible. We never had to go looking for any information or ask any questions. All the necessary information was provided before we needed it. Our kids loved the pool to cool off during the warm summer days. Checkout process was super reasonable and didn't require a ton of extra cleanup or trash removal. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The property is fine for 2 people, but crowded for more than 2. Loft is up a narrow, winding staircase (as shown in the photos) and almost impossible to take up a suitcase or even a small bag. Small bathroom with no storage for toiletries. The unit needs updating. Counters are stained and old. Living room is comfortable. Not near downtown or restaurants.

The property manager gave excellent directions to the property and instructions on entering it. At the time of our visit it was hot outside so the air conditioning was a plus! The place was clean and comfortable. He even shared places to eat and visit while in town

This property was perfect for our needs. We were visiting friends who lived a few minutes away and the condo provided us a perfect place to sleep and get ready for events. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Would recommend for sure.
