Stayed Mar 27, 2025The location to the convention center was great and exactly what we needed. Quick to get downtown too. The condo itself is extremely outdated and the concierge is very annoying even after telling them what the host sent us to say.

Stayed Mar 30, 2024We had a nice stay. Fortunately I read a review about timeshare sales and got a message from the host about it, so I managed to steer clear of concierge and wasn’t bugged about time share at all. The room was clean and my kids enjoyed the pools though they weren’t as warm as I’d expected for heated pools but they didn’t seem to mind. Also loved the property hosted events including an Easter egg hunt which was so nice since we were away from home on Easter. Food trucks on site was a fun surprise.

Stayed Feb 19, 2024The listing cited there would be 3 beds available. There was no indication we would be forced to carry luggage up stairs and have no access to an elevator. One person with me had COPD. This is an ADA violation and needs to be addressed immediately. The owner offered no recompense. The resort was full and could not switch our room. The towels were dingy and I had hair on my pillow from the previous guest. Not staying there again.
