• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

• We can host a maximum of 12 guests (including all adults, children & infants)- for safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests.

• All amenities including outdoor furniture, wifi, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays.

• We look forward to hosting all of our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, with special attention given to high-touch areas. We use commercial-grade antimicrobial agents and ensure that bed sheets and bath towels are professionally laundered between each guest stay.

• However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee that our properties are 'completely sterile' or 'COVID-free,' just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.

• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is affordable and provides excellent protection against unforeseen cancellations.

    The unit was very close to Tristar Centennial Hospital and eating establishment. Which was why I rated it so high for its convenience. I did not decrease my stir ratings for parking however for the size of the unit additional parking would have be very helpful.

    Loved the convenience of location and the amount of space. I'm going to be VERY honest - this was bare bones in terms of furnishings. Some of the beds in particular were NOT well made and scary to sleep on. They need more nightstands. ALL the walls need to be repainted. They had a random selection of wine glasses - that was inconvenient. Would have been nice to have a pair of scissors and some essentials like salt and pepper in the kitchen. OR a dish sponge. The towels were small and thin and there were no rugs in the bathrooms - and no extra towels to throw down for rugs. Overall this place is perfect for a bunch of 20 year olds but was not luxurious enough for a group of 40 year old women looking for a nice relaxing weekend away from kids!
