Nalo Studio B By Parrish Kauai - Local Vibe & steps from Beach

The property was lovely, they provided beach chairs which were really nice chairs, a big plus for us. It would have been good to have some condiments/salad dressing, cooking oil....that sort of thing, as well as baggies, foil, plastic wrap in the kitchen, but other than that minor thing, it was wonderful. We spent evenings out on the balcony enjoying the fresh air, very nice!

Excellent little place for a couple. Had almost everything. Good AC, big kitchen, good water pressure, hot water, comfortable living environment. I hope this unit is available for my next trip.

We loved the location! 5 minute walk to the beach. The owner lives in the bottom half. He was very nice, shared a mango and avocado from his tree, and made sure we were comfortable. Parrish was the company that took care off the booking. They were very good to work with. Had a problem with the WiFi and they got right on it and took care of it. The whole experience overall was wonderful!

This was a lovely 1 bedroom near Poipu beach with a small view of the ocean from the lanai! The lanai is also quite big and we were able to enjoy sunsets from it. Everything was clean and organized and the place was stocked with a lot of the basics you would need. We did have a few issues (wifi not working, bathroom sink drain not working, garbage for complex not being emptied for 2 weeks) but the team was very responsive and quick to solve them so it was almost not an issue! Parrish did send us a full lease for our stay outside of VRBO with a cancellation fee attached which is not mentioned in the listing - I feel they should update their listing here with this information as I was surprised to see a 250 fee attached when the VRBO listing showed 0. Overall we had a great stay!

Love staying at this place, it perfect, it has everything you need. Quiet, comfortable, cozy, just right. I try and stay here on all my visits.

Everything was amazing. So close to the water, great neighbors, great neighborhood, we'll definitely be back. Anytime you reach out to front desk either by chat or email response is near immediate. No problems, no complaints... Thank you

We loved our stay here, great location. Walking distance to multiple beaches! We loved being able to walk in the area and a quick drive to some great restaurants. Location was great but the condo is right by where all the maintenance people are which can be a bit noisy at times in the morning however it was still a great area! Highly recommend for sure.

This condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was in a fabulous location so close to the beach. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Minor issue on check in. But other than that great place. Newly updated. Really close to the beach. Easy drive around the island. Would def stay here again.
