MyStay at 1105 SeaCrest - Oceanfront, Pools & Bar! | Steps to Beach

Location is perfect! Across the street is Coligny Plaza with lots of restaurants, shops, ice cream, grocery, you name it. And right out front is the pool and ocean. You could get away with not having a car. Unit was very clean and kitchen well stocked with essentials. We also appreciated not a ton to do for checkout. The wrong code was listed all over the guest portal for the parking garage/elevator, so we had to call guest services. Person who answered our call was very nice, but even she had the same wrong code we had. While on the phone with her we did find the correct code listed once somewhere else in the portal. Instructions also specified we were to park under building 1 but nowhere did we see 1 on the building. We just happened to go to the right building after driving around an extra 10 minutes. I honestly can't remember the last time I received perfectly clear, correct arrival info. It's really frustrating when you're tired and cranky from travelling.

Great condo in a great location. The condo was well stocked and very comfortable. The only thing lacking was a wagon to haul needed items to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay here! It really is a great location. We love having the option of having a pool or beach day. The bar was a plus. Would stay here again!

No mention in description of property that it was a four story property with 3 wings. No reception desk and absolutely no direction signs of where the property was located. Stayed in many VRBO’s and none have had the fees of Host2Coast. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The view from the porch was beautiful and loved that beach was within walking distance. I must say we would never return to this location or rent any property maintained by Host2Coast.

This condo is in the perfect location of Hilton Head. It’s right on the beach, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and beach bars. The condo has locked secure access to every door and gate which was wonderful. The communication with the rental property was superb. The condo came with all we needed. There were sand toys and beach chairs to bring to the beach, and nice beach towels. The pool was nice and warm and had a lot of beach chairs. The grounds were clean all over the condo facility. They also provide you with starter pods for the dishwasher and laundry room. They supply you with two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, which seems odd considering the price paid for a week stay. Overall, a decent stay. However, it does need some tender loving care. The bathroom rugs in both bathrooms are nasty. They are so old and warn that they looked filthy. The towels for the bathrooms were all worn, or had holes in them. The sheets on the bed were also old and had no softness to them and were itchy. The dryer took 3 hours to dry a small load of laundry. Overall, the place could use some updates as well, as the cabinet paneling seemed like it was melting/bubbled from humidity, the ceiling and walls had bubbling assumed from humidity. The master suite bathroom also didn’t have a fan that worked, so it got super humid with showers and water droplets were present on everything.
