Don’s beach condo was fantastic! Perfectly located with stunning ocean views, it’s clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything you need, including beach gear. Don was an exceptional host—super friendly, responsive, and thoughtful, ensuring a seamless stay. Highly recommend this gem for a memorable beach getaway!

It was nice and clean place .. love being right at OCEAN!!! Only thing that could have been better was the Pool ... There was No Umbrellas!!! Thank You!!!!

Such an AMAZING week! Always goes by too fast. Condo was clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and even more pretty in person. Don was super communicative and was only a text or phone call away if we needed anything. We actually got to meet him and Gina on the beach our last day. Great people! Will definitely be coming back to this place.

The location of this unit was so great, being steps from the beach. We had great views from sunrise to sunset from the balcony and master bedroom. The entry to the beach is a ramp (no stairs) and we appreciated the chairs and umbrella included with the rental through Oct. 31. Okaloosa Island is lovely, with the Emerald Coast’s white sand, turquoise waters and relaxed vibe. The condo kitchen was well stocked with equipment and dishes, and we cooked several meals there. Smart or gaming tvs available in every room and beach toys and chairs were included. The owner was extremely prompt and responsive to questions, and he cared that we would have a good time. Sea Dunes is a small condo building, and most days there was space for us to park in the covered garage (we stayed in October). Pool and hot tub were in good working order, and there was evidence that the premises were cleaned regularly. Tom Thumb convenience store is near enough to stop by for a fountain drink or snacks. The third bedroom is good for kids, since it is equipped with a trundle bed. Washer/dryer in the unit. Ice maker does crushed or cubes and water. Two varieties of coffee maker. All the conveniences. Thanks for a good vacation.
