First of all, we love Mar Vista and have stayed there several times over the years. This particular unit was definitely a “rental” property. The beds were so hard, uncomfortable, and squeaky that I left with a horrid back problem. The check in process is a nightmare. Everyone trying to get in and get a luggage cart at once is utter chaos. They demand you leave your license with them to take a cart and they return the license to you when you return the cart. I don’t want the cart attendants to have my license information. Name, DOB, address, and license number. Sounds like a HIPAA violation to me and should be reported. For the $ charged, this particular unit is not worth it.

Beautiful clean condo and building. All online pics are accurate and building is safe, secure and very well maintained. Would stay again with no hesitation. We are super picky about cleanliness and we didn’t feel the need to ‘re-clean’ before settling in for our stay. Gorgeous deep beach with absolutely NO seaweed and tons of room. Our only complaint would be invest in some better pillows and beds. The master bedroom is memory foam which is extremely hard (mind you we did get used to it). Definitely, some better quality pillows would make for better sleeps. Sad to go home, could have easily stayed another week ??

My family and I stayed in July 2021. Everything was perfect. The location of the condo couldn't have been better. The beautiful beach view, multiple pools and the tiki bar made our stay so nice. The condo itself was spotless and spacious. Everything about it was great.
