Just steps from Vanderbilt, Belmont, 12 South, the Gulch and a short ride to downtown, the location is perfectly situated to everything there is to do in Nashville.



Getting Around:

Very walkable neighborhood. Quick 1.2 mile uber or drive to Broadway.



Other Things to Note:

Parking in the garage (free) is unassigned and on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additional free street parking also available. The pool opens in May and Closes October 31st for the season.



IDENTIFICATION: Primary guest will be required to provide government identification due to city ordinances and/or HOA Rules. A Drivers license, passport etc, And a photo of themselves that matches the government ID.



CREDIT CARD: Guests will be required to have credit card information on file.

    The unit was fantastic with off street parking included in the parking garage. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and just a short 10-20 minute walk to some restaurants and bars. Loved it!

    What a lovely stay we had in this unit! Everything extremely clean and in excellent condition. Our family enjoyed making music with the instruments provided. We were able to walk everywhere. We loved learning about the history of Music Row and the significant contributions of Harold and Owen Bradley, the H and O of the condo Building. Highly recommend.
