Historic RCA Studio B is less than a block away, down our back alley and across Roy Acuff Place. Elvis Presley, Dolly Parton, Chet Atkins, Lester Flatt, Waylon Jennings, Roy Orbison, Charley Pride, Porter Wagner and other legends recorded at RCA Studio B. Elvis, with the help of his entourage, would slip out the back elevator and down the ally to avoid the mobs of fans outside hoping to catch a glimpse of the King.

Condo is only steps away from roundabout at Division and Demonbreun Streets. Short walk down Division Street to The Gulch. Only 6 blocks to Vanderbilt University / Med Center. Less than a mile to Bridgestone Area. You can walk everywhere or jump in one of the golf carts that swarm the cool spots in Nashville. Great restaurants, live music and bars start only one block away! You might even hear some live music inside our building as local musicians work on some new material. Oh, and one more thing: the first floor is home to a private bakery that makes hand crafted breads for local restaurants. You will likely smell the delicious fresh bread as you step off the elevators.
