Music Row Condo -Guitar Shaped Pool

A very clean, comfortable and well equity condo. The owners were great answering g questions for us.

Very nice stay in Nashville-the condo was well within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The only con was the streaming service. We were kicked off multiple times because too many people were on the account. We were able to get back on eventually but it was frustrating to say the least. Also the channel selection was horrible-They do have a smart TV so we could mirrorcast but Bring a backup streaming service.

I highly recommend staying here. It was a very beautiful and quiet area. Bars and restaurants are walkable distance. The property inside was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Parking was amazing. Downtown is a 5 minute drive.

Out-of-the-way location, but still walkable to coffee and dinner. Parking available, safe area, quiet building.

To downtown and very modern.

The condo was spacious for two of us for the weekend. It was so close to downtown that we never used Uber. It enabled us have a very enjoyable time.

Nice space. 10 minute walk to broadway and live music

Very comfortable and airy. Well equipped. Far enough from Broadway to be peaceful, near enough to walk there. Views of the RCA recording studio Elvis used and the amazing guitar shaped pool was a relaxed area to sit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our seven-night stay. We usually stay on Broadway but, given the duration of this trip plus the fact we'd been in Florida for the previous week, we wanted to be able to cook and do laundry. Carlos' condo was sparkling clean and so comfortable--we may never stay downtown again! Despite being in an apartment building, this unit is incredibly quiet. The few people we saw in the hallway and elevator during the week were very friendly. Carlos checked in with us periodically to ensure we had everything we needed and was very responsive. We look forward to staying again next time we're in town.

The property was nice. Everything was nice. The only issue was the check out time was too early and we could not get it extended. The check in time was flexible and we did check in a little early. Overal the property was nice and worked out well for us.

Property was perfect location. Walk to downtown/broadway and the Gulch was quick less than 20mins and a straight shot. Scooters were available all over to take a quick ride to get where you needed to go as well. We enjoyed the quietness yet walkability to local bars and restaurants around Music Row. The apt was nice and perfect for what we needed. Only thing was we did not like the toilet was in a separate room than the rest of the bathroom. Would recommend as a perfect place to stay and location is a plus.

This unit is obviously well maintained, and is perfect for 2-4 people. The common areas of the complex could be better maintained/cleaned but im sure that's up to someone else who may not care as much as the condo owners do!

Great location, walking distance to all the bars, shopping, and music venue's. We walked to and from (late night) a concert at the Bridgestone Arena. The condo is quiet for a good nights sleep in a busy town!!
