WALK to coffee, shopping, and great restaurants in either of Nashville's most charming neighborhoods: 0.6 mi to lots of options along 21st Ave. S. and 1 mile to the murals & shopping of 12 South. 4 min walk to Kroger, close to the interstate, with great proximity to Vanderbilt, Belmont, and Green Hills just down the road.

There is a parking lot connected to the condo building, but if you don't bring a car, this area is walkable and Ubers/Lyfts are readily available & affordable to get you where you need to go. You are 4 min walking distance to a Kroger for groceries as well as endless shopping & restaurant options along 21st Ave. / Hillsboro Village.

Check in is at or after 4pm, and check out is at or before 11am. You will need to climb stairs to get to the units on the second floor.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.

All animals must be approved in advance of your booking. Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.
