Welcome to Paradise! Our lovely slope-side retreat boasts 4 bedrooms with 4 full baths! This intermediate Ski in Ski out condo also has garage parking for one car and out the back door, easy access to the lifts. This is a wonderful place that we call home, and you will too while enjoying all that Crested Butte has to offer!
As you walk into the condo, you will find a mudroom area decorated with gorgeous,
reclaimed wood from barns across the country. This is a great area with plenty of room
for storage. We also have an extra ski closet to store your ski gear right outside the front door. The entryway leads you into the completely renovated and fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful Butcher Block counters and open shelves with brand new stainless appliances and all the dishes and utensils you need to make a delicious meal. Just beyond the kitchen, you have a farmhouse style dining area with 2 benches and 2 chairs that seats 8 at the table with 3 additional bar stools to sit at the bar top. Beyond the dining area is a comfortable living space with a couch and two chairs. Adding nice ambiance to the unit, you'll also enjoy the gas fireplace and the brand-new Sony Ultra 4K TV and surround sound speaker system complete with a large collection of DVDs. Cable/WIFI. To the right of the kitchen, you'll find 2 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. The downstairs Master has a King Bed and a large window/sliding door that opens to the deck to enjoy the amazing views. Beautiful, reclaimed wood wall with organic bedding and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom on this floor has 2 Twin Beds with a TV/DVD and all organic bedding. It also has its own full bath. All 4 bathrooms in the unit have tub/shower combos and single sinks. All updated with designer touches! The flooring in the mudroom, kitchen and bathrooms have also just been replaced. There is a wonderful deck outside the living room to enjoy some fabulous views along with a new propane grill, sunset bar and more seating for you to enjoy!
Upstairs from the living room, you'll find a large loft space that has a desk and reading chair area, books and games, as well as a futon couch to hang out on. From there, you will find the other 2 bedrooms in the unit. The upper, back bedroom has a King Bed with organic bedding and TV/DVD. The second upstairs master bedroom has a King Bed with organic bedding and En Suite Full Bath. There is a Full Bath right off the back bedroom and loft plus bonus area as well. There is a small laundry room area with a full-sized washer and dryer located on the main level.
You can enjoy the community hot tub right outside your building door. It is open the
entire ski season and will remain open through the summer and into September. If you
are coming in our Fall shoulder season (Sept-Nov), you might ask if it will be open.
The free shuttle to the slopes stops right at the base of the parking lot on Hunter Hill
Road and can take you to the base area where you can either take a town shuttle to the
town of Crested Butte or get off and enjoy the base area. The Crystal/Castle Shuttle
operates from Nov. 22nd through April 8th. The Shuttle loops from Mountaineer Square, stopping at Pitchfork Townhomes, and various stops along Crystal Rd, Castle Rd,
Hunter Hill Rd and Snowmass Rd. It stops at this condos location every 30 minutes. Go
