As an added bonus the host provides access to the next door Vacasa facilities. Which include a gym, a steam room, a swimming pool and 7 hot tubs. These facilities are 50 yards away. To get there exit the building and walk north on the Main Street Station path. The Marriott pool is on the left and the Vacasa gym, hot tubs and changing room are on the right.

The complex swimming pool and outdoor hot tubs are just a short, 100-yard stroll away. You will find easy access to hiking and mountain biking trails, performing arts center, and all that Breckenridge has to offer.

An owner key to access the pool hot tub and gym in the next door Main Street station is provided. Its closer than the buildings facilities.

    We came with friends for a cool weather getaway and this is a great place to stay. Having parking in this condo unit is a huge plus and we were able to walk to everything in town. The unit was very clean, kitchen was well stocked, ample room for 2 couples and place was quiet. King beds in both bedrooms also a huge plus. Gorgeous views from balconies. Host was incredibly responsive when I had questions. The elevator was out of order one day and within a few minutes, he responded that the elevator company had been notified. Would absolutely stay here again.

    Great location. Walking distance to lifts and Main Street. Clean and well-appointed. Nothing glitzy or fancy, just very nice. Hot tub and heated pool access was great but a bit of a walk. Host was very communicative. Everything we were looking for. Would visit again.

    Our vacation was in August, so proximity to skiing was not a concern, but the closeness to town was extremely convenient. Walking to nearby venues or even driving to ones further away was super handy. While the unit is a little dated, the layout is accommodating, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. Communication with our host was ideal. The pool/spa area is nice but a it of a hike, and the parking garage was expedient but a slight challenge for a large vehicle. All in all, a great vacation lodging.

    Israel was great with his communication. The condo was very clean, comfortable & well equipped. The garage parking is a great bonus as well. You are close to Main St, and can walk from the condo. And it was very quiet at night. Highly recommend his place. Thank you again!
