Mountainside Grand Lake Condo w/ Patio!

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed - including darling decor. The location was great - just a minute or two (if driving) from main street in Grand Lake and the beach.

Nice quiet place to stay and rest up after several very busy travel days

Plenty of space for my family of 4. The kids loved the bunk beds. Kitchen was equipped well. The back patio was our only complaint, with there being no view of anything. That didn't bother us much though since we went out for hikes and exploring anyways.

All dishes, utensils, bedding, towels you need. Comfortable beds. Close to market, mini golf, go karts. Less than 5 minutes drive to downtown. You can also walk. Playground across street at Grand Lake Community Center.

Wanting you to replace anything you use is ridiculous. That is the cost of business. We had no parking permit and we contacted the person who we were give we never heard back. Thankfuly we were not towed. There was no security bar for the sliding doors. Beds were pretty unconfortable. The unit was clean enough and we were gone most of the time.

Clean, good location, quiet. Accommodated an early check in.

We had a great time, the property is well maintained, cleaned and well stocked. We will come back!

Great condo in Grand Lake. The place was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped with everything you need. Great location to town. You can walk to all the stores and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Quick drive to downtown. Grocery store within waking distance. Clean and comfortable. Well stocked supplies. Enjoyed the books and puzzles.

Great location to the National Park and walkable to the downtown area in Grand Lake. The unit was very spacious and well stocked. We will come next year.

First time staying the Grand Lake area and this condo exceeded our expectations. 5 minute drive to the RMNP. 10 min walk to the town with lots of good restaurants. The Condo had really good amenities and just the right size for a family of 4. Highly recommend .

The back patio was dirty. The screen on the sliding glass door was torn at the bottom so bugs could come in if used. The grass has not cut and was about 3 ft tall. The shower in the master room had mold and the curtain appeared dirty especially at the bottom. The battery on the door entrance did not work so we could not use it and had to have someone bring a key. I would not recommend this rental.

This was a perfect place for a getaway with my 83 year old mom - wonderful girls' weekend! The condo is well stocked with attention to the small stuff, like comfy beds and a homey feel.

Our property in beautiful Grand Lake has everything our family could want. We had a wonderful stay.
