Guests will have access to the entire condominium, including a private patio with a hot tub and a private balcony. Access is also provided to the building's shared fitness center located in the garage area and a private ski locker. Parking is available for 1 vehicle: one space inside the underground garage

This area is a year-round destination; in the winter, world-class skiing is just across the street, while the summer months bring vibrant hiking and mountain biking trails. The neighborhood provides easy access to the gondola, connecting you to the historic charm of downtown Telluride for luxury shopping and fine dining.



Getting Around:

While Mountain Village is highly walkable and offers a free gondola service to downtown, a car is recommended for exploring the wider region. Our property includes two dedicated parking spaces. For those looking to use public transit, the home is located on a free bus and shuttle line, making it easy to navigate the village and reach the slopes without a vehicle.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



Please note that the hot tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay.



Please note the gondola/chondola may be closed for seasonal or maintenance that is outside of our control.

We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for the quickest response.

House Rules: No smoking, Pets are not allowed, No parties or events, Check-in is anytime after 4PM, 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival, Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing. The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection. Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
