Mountain Views, Pool, Hot Tub! 1500 sqft 2BR + Loft, Penthouse

We really enjoyed our visit and the apartment. There was ample space for a family of four, and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything was clean and well organized. The only downside was that the outdoor pool and hot tub were out of service due to renovations, which we wish we knew beforehand.

Beautiful❤️❤️ Accommodation with fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, roomy and clean! Beautiful views.. loved watching the mountain sheep walking down the street! David was attentive to its herds and answered questions promptly! Lovely stay.. highly recommend!

The property was very clean and convenient. The AC in the summer was a huge bonus and the underground parking elevated the experience even more. We'll always be looking to use this property while visiting Radium in the future

I loved that it was a top floor suite, with lots of windows to view the neighbourhood wildlife that wondered by. The kitchen had all that we needed. The building is located on a main street from a lumber mill; so occasionally the street would get noisy from the big trucks that drove past. Overall it was a good stay for a great price.

This property was perfect for our family golf weekend and a place to catch up with old friends. Plenty of room for the 8 of us! Hope to be back to this property one day soon!

Loved the property for the value, the fact that it was spacious and the ability to be able to cook our own meals and do laundry. The property was clean and stocked with spices, cutlery, plates and games for the kids to play with.. a well cared for property.

The condo was even more roomy than I expected. It was well appointed and clean. The linens were fresh and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

Suite was fantastic for 4 adult women-loved having 4 beds and 3 showers! Great living room, kitchen and deck:) close to walk to restaurants- golfed Radium- beautiful:)Unfortunately pool/hottub under maintenance:(Garage door openers (full batteries) not working; however just used opener from inside garage to open for car and to remove car by using side door; thank you also for the shopping cart so useful!!!

Well equipped kitchen, nice outdoor pool and hot tub, nice to have balconys off condo to enjoy sitting outdoors, only problem was getting the TV working as parts of the components were disconnected but eventually we got it working.

The property was beautiful great location. It was very spacious and charming. The pool was awesome for my son, the hot tub was a nice way to wined down after a long day. Screamers had delicious choices for iceman and Goat Str restaurant was an excellent hidden gem. The wildlife came out to visit at night. If looking for some fun head the hour to Golden to the Sky Bridge and mountain coast you will not be disappointed.

This is my fourth time staying at David’s it’s such a lovely condo with lots of room for a bigger families. The Peaks has been a favorite of ours for many reasons location along with a nice sized pool and the whole complex I find is very friendly. David is great he responds quickly to messages and very pleasant to speak to you will not be disappointed .

Everything about our stay was fabulous, and we thoroughly enjoyed these accommodations. The kitchen was well-equipped for our needs, the beds were comfortable, and the condo was lovely.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Radium, BC last weekend! The check-in process was incredibly easy, and the host provided clear, helpful instructions. The condo itself was spotless and very well-equipped with plenty of kitchen supplies, which made our stay comfortable and convenient. We appreciated the TV with Roku for entertainment, and the underground parking spot was a huge bonus. Highly recommend!

Spacious & clean with all the amenities. The kitchen was well appointed with quality pots & pans which we appreciate as we eat in on our trips. The kids loved the loft with their own beds & bathroom. The only consideration I’d give is if you are AC spoiled. We are used to sleeping with the AC set at 66 degrees Fahrenheit at home.7 The only AC is a unit in the main floor living space. If you close bedroom doors you have no AC. The loft was at least 5-7 degrees warmer than the main floor. Fans were provided for each bed which was very helpful. We were fortunate that the high temp was only in the 80’s the first & last days, so the sleeping temp was manageable. The property is so clean & so close to town. There is a trail, park, shops, ice cream, & more within 10 minutes walk. A great condo & location.

My wife and I, along with our young daughter, stayed here in May of this year and loved it so much that we went back at the beginning of July. The place is super comfortable, close to amenities, and quiet. Our daughter loves the on site pool and the playgrounds that are a short walk away. The owners make it very easy to feel at home with their clear expectations and explanations. The condo is also very well stocked. We plan to return next year!!

The property was extremely nice and was supplied with everything we could have needed. Our daughter enjoyed the upstairs loft area. The amenities such as the underground parking and pool/hot tub area were an added plus. As I am a light sleeper, there was some noise from trucks on the nearby road but that is not the fault of the owner.I would recommend this unit to those who are looking for a convenient, lovely place to stay in Radium.

The loft apartment was absolutely perfect! There was plenty of space for the four of us girls. The heated pool was a wonderful spot to spend the day. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the bedrooms were lovely. The balcony was a great place to relax in the evenings, where we saw a lot of wildlife. It was a short walk to some fantastic restaurants. We will definitely be back next year; it's a great spot!

All is wonderful at this condo except there is no cable TV or off-air. There is a Roku to enable streaming services but we could not manage to connect to it. I would suggest the owners activate the cable TV box they have on site to enable basic programming access to their short term tenants.

We have been coming to Radium for 40 years and this is probably one of the best accommodations

This condo is close to shops & restaurants so easy to walk everywhere. It was very clean and spacious which made for a very enjoyable vacation.

This VRBO property is excellent on all facets. Booking process, communication with the owner, check in procedures all smooth and easy. Property itself is exceptional and exactly as depicted. It is clean and comfortable with relatively modern fixtures and appliances. Everything works and we had no issues. It is stocked with everything you need to prepare your own meals including spices and condiments. I always like to say something sorta negative just to be balanced in reviewing and nothing is ever perfect. The only issue I experienced was the close proximity to a lumber trucking route. They start at around 4:30 a.m. and are not silent. If you are a light sleeper then ear plugs are recommended. Deeper sleepers can snore away. All in all, highly recommended.

A terrific space for all ages. This condo is equipped with absolutely everything you need for your home away from home. The owner was very helpful and responded almost immediately when we reached out. We will repeat book.

Everything was as described. We didn’t contact anyone during our stay because we didn’t need to. The unit is very clean and well stocked. We had 2 short power failures while we were there but it was the whole village so it wasn’t the units fault. I guess the only negative is the floor strips between the bedrooms and the washrooms. I think they may be the wrong kind because they create a bit of a hill to go over. It’s bit shocking in the middle of the night.
