Tucked right up on Snowmass Mountain, the Shadowbrook condos have an amazing location offering Snowmass adventures such as hiking and biking right out the door. Unit 303 is located on the third floor. It offers incredible views and lots of natural light from the floor to ceiling windows. The remodeled kitchen area was finished with warm wood cabinets contrasted with the ivory countertops and inviting bar stools for a cozy feel. Adding to the cozy feel are the wood burning fireplace and comfortable living room furniture. Enjoy a nice relaxing apres adventure on the balcony while taking in the view or end the day by relaxing in front of the fireplace or sharing delicious dinners together at the dining table while discussing the next days adventures in Snowmass.



This two bedroom plus den/3 bath condo is ideal for family or friends traveling together. Each sleeping area offers an en-suite bath for added privacy. The second bedroom offers three separate beds to accommodate a variety of travelers. The master bedroom has a large king bed and both bedrooms feature en-suite baths with separate vanity areas. The den/dining area becomes a third sleeping area when the accordion door is closed and the queen murphy bed is pulled down from the wall.



Guests staying at the Shadowbrook will enjoy the mountain side seasonal outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. All condos have outdoor patios or balconies with gas grill. You can relax by the pool and take in the view of skiers or hikers enjoying Snowmass Mountain or on your balcony while you grill your dinner and enjoy and apres ski/hike beverage. If dining out is your preference the Snowmass Base Village or the Snowmass Mall are just a short walk away where you will find a number of great restaurants to choose from.



Due to the convenience of the Shadowbrook condos in Snowmass, this unit books up quickly year-round. Guests have enjoyed the location, quality and amenities so much they return year after year. We hope you will be come a repeat guest as well!

There is shared ski storage in the upper and lower Shadowbrook buildings near the stairs. There is also lockable storage right outside the unit front door.



***The pool and hot tub will close the day after Snowmass closing day and will open for the summer Memorial Day weekend. In the event of a closure there will be no refunds or discounts if the amenities are closed due to weather conditions or changes in HOA policy.***

**Smoking is strictly prohibited in all units and on balconies. Please note that many properties also enforce a no smoking on premises policy.**



******The Homeowner Association prohibits rental guests from bringing any animals into this home, please do not ask as we are not able to make exceptions. Please be aware a fine of $1000 will be imposed for all unauthorized animals******

All iTrip Aspen Snowmass properties have WIFI and all rentals are stocked with professionally laundered linens and towels and a starter supply of the following: coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, sponge, dish detergent and soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soaps. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores.
