Mountain-view home with pool, hot tub, fireplace and central AC - walk to lifts

Good location, professional staff, good spaces in condo for two families.

The on demand shuttle to town and the mountain was amazing. Plus the heated pool & hot tub

Great place to stay for a group and for the price. Comfortable space for everyone in our group. close to town, hikes, a small market and a playground. The outdoor hot tub was a great addition. Also the condo seems to have been updated since previous reviews.

This is the second year we’ve taken a small vacay and stayed here and it’s always amazing. Clean, team was responsive to my questions ahead of time, love the place!

Our two families traveled to Steamboat for a 3-day ski vacation- 4 adults and 5 kids (ages 6-10). Instructions to find the location and enter the garage could have been a little clearer. Arrived around 9:45 pm, and kids went right to bed on what appeared to be clean sheets and pillows. The rest of the condo space was as advertised. The property was well-cleaned (except for as noted below, which is why the 1 star rating).In the bunkbed room, on our first morning there, the 3 youngest kids woke up and their pillowcases were covered in dark spots, and there were multiple live bed bugs crawling in that room (at least one in each bed, one on the dresser). We called Vacasa management, and were promised a refund and large garbage bags in which to put our stuff (with an offer to help us bag up everything), but were not given access to additional dryers to help high heat our exposed things to minimize the risk of taking bugs with us, and we were told they would not rebook our families for fear of spread (per policy), so we were left stranded in Steamboat Springs. Property management was responsive and did call back to check on us multiple times, which was appreciated. However, it was a horrific experience for our families, especially the kids who are covered in bites, and with the degree of infestation, it is VERY surprising to me that it had not been previously noticed or disclosed. We will not ever return to this lodging location.

The property manager Vacasa told us 2 days before we were scheduled to arrive that the property was uninhabitable due to “PESTS IN THE UNIT.” We had booked this months in advance and it was during Presidents Week.They gave us a refund plus some extra money but that didn’t nearly cover the cost to rent a similar unit, only one half the size of what we originally booked. STAY AWAY!!!

Location was good. Shuttle was convenient. The property was not the cleanest. Carriers were stained. There were blood spots on sheets and one bed was broken, missing a plank. They were responsive but the bed still didn’t get fixed. The ice machine was also releasing ground up plastic bits with the ice.

Everything was as described and we had a great trip! I do recommend a car for grocery trips or drives to downtown food. The shuttle was adequate for the mountain/skiing area. Only constructive critique is the kitchen supplies/utensils could be restocked. Again a wonderful vacation stay!

Condo was located in a good place, tricky to get into, but once you figure it out it’s easy. Great for 2 families who have kids on a quick trip for a weekend in Steamboat.

Overall, it was not very clean and it needs some maintenance to fix multiple broken things. There is a road right next to this place that is fairly busy and loud. Also, the fees made this place overpriced.

Comfy beds, huge couch for our whole family

Great spot and location but a little tired in parts. The carpet needs to be deep cleaned.

Every square foot of carpet is heavily stained, everything air goes through is caked in years worth of dust, every shower had hair, one had so much matted hair it covered the drain entirely. The 'lotion' bottles actually contain soap - that was fun surprise after applying it head to toe. We sent pictures of the hair and dust to Vacasa asking them to remedy, and no one got back to us. We never received check in instructions, and the people who answer the number they provide are obviously off-site and are completely unhelpful. We were told to find the door, open the door, and walk in. Obviously we know how doors work, we needed codes/instructions for the garage and entry. I had to beg for someone else to help, because again, no check in information was provided at all. Kitchen items are thrown anywhere stacked up randomly, there is just no care or maintenance being done. It's too bad because it's a beautiful unit. We asked for more garbage bags, they brought the wrong ones. We were supposed to have unit assigned garage parking, but we didn't. I would love for someone at Vacasa to contact me, but I'd be surprised if they did.

Plenty of space for teenagers and adults.

Fit our family of 6 perfectly. We had a potential of having more people so we even had extra beds. Three bathrooms were great to have. Home fit all of our needs. We even used the grill and the hot tub. Quick drive to downtown. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

This place was perfect for our party of 9..plenty of room, great pool and hot tub area, great area walking distance to the gondola square, 5-10 mins to downtown and lots of hiking close by...we would definitely stay here again.
