Mountain view condo with pool & hot tub, next to golf course/Nordic center

I had read the reviews on challenges getting into the unit. So, I had my Vacasa email with all the codes saved, printed, and even provided to all members of our family. I was ready because I knew we were getting in late. However, we still had problems. The codes sent in the Vacasa email the day before we arrived for the door to the condo, the door to the building, and even the wifi password were all incorrect. So, at 11 PM, I was calling the Vacasa hotline and entering a 10 digit passcode that did not work (the Schlage lock is a 4 digit passcode). So, he eventually directed me to various codes trying to open a lockbox on the door. Aha - it opened! But the key inside did not work in the door. The whole system must be a new install. He told me to try to call the local personnel, so I texted and called and waited. Luckily, 3 different people started to call me...all with different codes. Eventually, we got someone who actually knew the code but did not know you have to press the little lock symbol to make the door open. 1 hour later. We were finally in. We spent two weeks in this spacious and well-designed condo. And I loved it! I cooked many meals and really only lacked a blender/food processor. I bought a few things to leave like a potato masher and some whisks. The place has 3 full bathrooms. The master is large and comfortable, and we both enjoyed having a working space in the room away from the kids in the living room. There was also an AC in the master, which is nice for those of us who sleep HOT. The rest of the place was easily kept cool by cracking doors and turning on a single fan. The TV in the living room is a Smart TV so we were able to log into Apple TV and such and watch programs and movies. This is really great since some places don't have strong enough wifi to support this streaming. I have stayed in so many places in Avon/BC/Vail over the last 20+ years. This is probably my favorite location. The manager said they plan to replace the pool and move the hot tub outside. That will be really great. The pool is fine but the furniture was largely broken if still usable. Oh, we did find the balconies to be largely unusable. There is a lot of road noise, they are crowded with chairs, and everything was filthy from pollen. No worries. We just went down to 1st floor sitting area or out to the pool.

Great property, looks like continued issues with accessing condo

This condo has everything you need to feel like home. It was extremely well stocked and updated as well as clean. We were so happy there. We had a few issues with the information provided to get in, but the Vacasa team was helpful and available.

This unit is Fallridge is WONDERFUL! Great space to spread out and large kitchen perfect for cooking and enjoying our time together. Thisunit is beautifully decorated and offered everything we could have possibly needed. The local staff is super helpful and supportive. The building is located perfectly on the golf course as well as quick access to Vail Village. We enjoyed all of the summer activities and look forward to returning for the winter! We will definitely rent this unit again!

Very comfortable, modern upscale furnishings and very spacious. Super convenient, with free bus stop and 5 minutes to the Village. It's ON the golf course, so its not only great for golf, but incredibly convenient for weddings, especially because it has ample parking right next to the wedding venue.

The condo was perfect for our family of five. The kids loved the bunk beds. The location was very easy to access the Golf Course shuttle route to the slopes. Check in process was a little clunky, but quickly resolved.

The space is nice and bigger than expected. We had several issues with vacasa. The electronic lock on the door doesn’t work. We finally got in using the one key in the lock box after multiple attempts. On 3 separate occasions, we were promised by the local team that they were bringing other keys but no one ever brought them. Also, the patio door literally has no lock on it. When we asked for it to be fixed, it was ignored and we were told” This is a very safe community. Even if you leave the front door open you are safe. There is nothing to worry about.” Not very reassuring…
