The area was terrific for a family, more than we needed, great amenities in the complex and location. Comfy beds! The only feedback I may have is how the kitchen was stocked. Typically with a condo rental, I hope to have basics so we can do basic cooking, but it was lacking in what I think are a few basics, not a big deal, and I would love to stay here again!
Nice place. It’s what you see in the pictures. Furniture, etc isn’t the newest, but it’s all in good shape and very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. The living area was great for board games and TV. Nice place at a nice price.
We loved our stay! Though the place was a little outdated, it was very clean and exactly what we needed for our family of 4. A few things to note (and maybe update the listing): - there is a coffee pot (received conflicting answers from mgmt company) - there is a toaster - there is a hair dryer - there were no kitchen towels so we had to use a bathroom hand towel, which then made us short a towel. Not a huge deal, just would be nice to have. - while the kitchen had lots of great bowls, pots/pans, etc., a good addition would be a glass 9x13 dish - we were told there was a ski locker key, but we never found it. We contacted the rental company via email and phone, and never heard back from them. - while there was plenty of toilet paper, there were only 2 boxes of tissues, and both only had a few tissues left. There was only 1 roll of paper towels and only 2 trash bags. There was no foil, cling wrap, ziploc bags or storage containers. Not saying there should be, just might want to bring your own of those things. - The “instructions” at the condo were about 20 years old and didn’t have the correct info. Again, overall it was good, there’s just some things that could have made it great. I feel like the mgmt company was very quick to get back to me before the trip, but once we were there I never could get an answer to my questions.
We really enjoyed our time at this condo. We loved how spacious the bedrooms and living room were. Everything was very clean, cozy, and organized.
We enjoyed this condo and recommend it to other families. At arrival we found the condo very clean, had a warm feel with a well supplied kitchen, plentiful towels, shampoo, soap, sheets, pillows, etc. This unit is a bit dated but spacious with 2 dining room areas and large windows in the living room area that provided wonderful mountain views and mountain fresh air (condo description says view of lake ski rink but this is around the corner) I was actually super happy with our actual view. My family really enjoyed the real wood fireplace with large logs that we lit every night while watching tv, we also used the playground area which is short walk from the building. We had an issue with our access cards at arrival and covered parking garage that Vacasa addressed quickly which we appreciated. Area is safe with quick drive to Keystone resort, Dillon and Silverthorne. We also drove a short 20 mins to Breckenridge for more activities and a full town feel. We had a wonderful stay in this unit and we will use Vacasa for our future vacation rentals.
