Stayed Jan 1, 2026The appliances are poorly maintained. We had an issue with the freezer over heating and called maintenance immediately. They came by while we were away and used the only clean towels we had to place in front of the fridge for thawing water and nothing else was done about it. The dishwasher also did not work, as well as the washer and dryer banging against the walls and door everytime we tried to use it. There was also mold in the sink sprayer so that couldn't be used to help with cleaning the dishes. Only positive I can say is the location was okay.
