Vail International #307 is an updated, upper level condo with south facing views of Vail Mountain as well as the outdoor pool and hot tub. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a dining area and a living room with a gas fireplace and flat panel TV. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drinks while looking out to the slopes of Vail Mountain. You can see the groomers smoothing out the runs for your next day's cruising. There is a standard 12 oz coffee maker in the kitchen with coffee and filters provided. There is also a full size washer/dryer in the condo.

The primary bedroom has a King and Queen bed with a Juliet balcony with views to the outdoor pool and hot tub. The second bedroom has a Queen and Twin. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV.

On Site Amenities at Vail International
There is an outdoor hot tub that was refurbished in June of 2025 and a heated pool with views of Vail Mountain.
There are two gas grills available for guest use adjacent to the pool.
Men's and Women's steam rooms.
There is a small workout room on the property which includes a Peloton bike, Bodycraft Treadmill and Elliptical as well as other weights and workout equipment for guest use.

Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. Each unit has its own router and password.
Provided in unit amenities include: paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, dishwasher soap, body/hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hair dryers.

No pets in the rental units at Vail International. There is no smoking allowed in the building.

Free Parking for one vehicle per reservation at Vail International.
Additional spaces at $40 per night winter and $25 summer, per vehicle, may be possible, subject to availability.

    Overall this was the perfect rental! Close to the mountain with easy access to transportation around Vail. Perfect size and very comfortable! The only request I would have is for a little more lighting in the bedrooms and making sure the cleaning crew checks the pots and pans for cleanliness from previous renters. That’s on the cleaning team and not on the owner though. Would rent this condo again.

    This is a mid-1970s property, so it's both quaint and a little odd. But the apartment is updated as well as it can be. Good location, almost equally convenient to Vail Village as Lionshead, if you're willing to walk or take the bus that seems to go by every 2-3 minutes. The unit can be a little loud, since sound from hot tub carries, as well as from other apartments. Nicely equipped with new appliances, including helpful washer/dryer.

    I had an outstanding experience at the condominium! The condo was well-equipped and lived up to its listing description – clean and inviting. The seamless communication with the owner, who responded promptly, made the stay even more enjoyable. The location, nestled between Vail village and Lionshead, offered both convenience and accessibility, whether by a short walk or a free shuttle. I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning for another stay!

    Beautiful living room. Comfortable leather couches. Kitchen is small but updated. 3rd floor unit but no worries. Only steps from elevator. Host is responsive. Bedrooms are comfortable
