Mountain Modern Retreat at The Rockies!

There was broken floor planks in the bedroom kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom piece was in literal pieces that they taped back down. My daughter pinched her foot on a piece so we kept it covered with a towel for the duration of our stay. The corner of the bed was broken and sinking in. The batteries in the remotes were dead so we couldn’t watch TV for the first night and half the day until someone showed up and changed the batteries. There was supposed to be a proximity card in the unit to use the pool. Don’t say that in the welcome packet so I called the office and they told me a card should be hanging in the unit. There wasn’t. I was told the office had an extra and that I’d have to drive to their office to get it. I, in a lot more words, told them that was unacceptable, so they told me someone would bring it to me in at least a half hour. I called back to tell them that I would drive to them because it was a 6 min drive and my daughter really wanted to go to the pool and then the offered to bring it to me straight away. Next time ill just stay at a hotel.

We enjoyed out stay in this Condo. The kitchen was stalked with everything we needed to cook our meals. Parking was convenient. We weren't too far from the town so it was in a convenient area. It was very clean also.

Very good, The property has a few rough edges, but for the price (and great location) it is awesome!

Nicely renovated property, just steps from the free winter bus stop to the Gondola. Kitchen is fully appointed for making any meals you wish.

This was the perfect setup for a weekend on the slopes. Walking distance (plus a shuttle bus option right outside the condo) to the slopes/village, super clean, and access to a hot tub. Would stay here again.

We booked a quick getaway to Steamboat over the Christmas break and had a great time.

Nice place. We are a family of 4 (2 adults, a 12 yr old and an 11 yr old). The place was in great shape. The proximity to the free bus stop couldn't be any better and within minutes we were on the slopes. We slept 1 on the pull out couch and then 3 of us on the king size bed and we had plenty of room. Hot tub and pool were nice after a long day skiing.

Comfortable 1-bedroom condo with a nice sofa bed and a king bed. Easy access to Steamboat lifts via a free bus. Only issue - a ridiculously small toilet. But everything else was great!

This rental was spacious and clean. We loved the location, amenities, full kitchen, and ease of parking. This would have been a five star review, if not for the bed. We were so surprised past reviews hadn’t mentioned this. My boyfriend and I agreed we’ve never slept on a mattress so hard… the floor would have had more give than this thing. It felt like someone put a fitted sheet over a wooden shipping pallet. We had such a bad sleep on it on night one we considered just sleeping on the couch night two. Would very much recommend staying here, but please, do yourselves a favor and bring a mattress topper.

Great place, great amenities and great location. My only complaint would be the check in and out times. 4pm should be more like 3 pm. And check out before 10 am was a bit early.
