Mountain Green Ski & Golf Resort 2-F6 Across the Street from the Lifts

There is a bus shuttle to the base lodge every 15-20 minutes. The condominium campus has plenty of parking, and easy to walk to the pool / hot tub. The property has 1 bathroom and with 3 ladies, I took my showers at the pool area after skiing. There is a restaurant, bar, and ski/sport shop in the same building as the pool. They were really friendly, and fixed my daughter's snowboard strap for free.

I messaged in the app when we got there about a red spot that looked like blood on the tub but we got no reply. The dishwasher has a smell. The shower handle is very difficult to use. The spicket for the sink in the bathroom has a choppy flow. Thermostat in the bedroom is very bright at night which can really hinder sleep in you pitch black. We had to cover it with a sweatshirt

The condo is on the 6th floor. The elevator has been out of service since Thanksgiving yet no one told us. My husband had an injured knee and had to climb six floors. If we had known it was broken we would not have booked this condo. Also, the condo had no blankets, barely any plates/bowls…no trash bags…1 roll of toilet paper. If it wasn’t for the great skiing, this would have been a horrible vacation experience. We will not book this location ever again! I will als be writing a review for future tenants.

The listing included the pool and hot tub, but both were closed as of November; yet the listing had a description and pictures until about 15 min after I complained. Most importantly, the water in shower/tub would not turn on. After calling, texting and emailing I was told to push spigot back and forth etc...and was assured that prior guests also had trouble. But why was Happy Stays renting a condo with a broken shower spigot? Finally, what was listed as a 1 bedroom was not. The bedroom door did not shut more than 1/4 because the immovable bed was in the way! What a mess!

Three major issues - the apartment is advertised as one bedroom with two twin beds. But...the door doesn't shut with the beds. We had to move the center table and move some pretty heavy bedframes over to get the door to shut for the kids' privacy. The knob in the bathtub is incredibly hard to turn on. You have to get into the tub and pull with all your strength to get the water on for a shower. Last, the wifi was sufficent for streaming a movie but insufficient for streaming sports. It constantly buffered with the wifi but played smoothly when connected to a personal cellular hotspot. And there was only 3 plates for an apartment advertised for 4. The pros were the convenience to the slopes.

Comfortable one bedroom with queen size pull out couch with quality memory foam mattress. Well equipped kitchen. Bring bottled water to drink.

Condo was lovely and had all of the amenities we needed. Some of the things that could be better are: Provide the right size sheets for the pull out couch; Update the information included on the Get Away book, which had lots of old phone numbers and info. Provide kindling for the fire, or at least tell the company that provides the wood to also leave kindling Other than that, the place was great and the Location fantastic!!!! Thank you very much!
