Both elevators in Building 3 will be down due to maintenance from November 6, 2023, until November 9, 2023, from 7 a.m. through 5 p.m.
Mountain Green Amenities: Amenities will be closed until further notice. The shuttle bus will only run on weekends and holidays this winter season! The amenities are managed and controlled by the Mountain Green property management team. Please visit the Mountain Green Resort website to get up-to-date status on amenities by clicking the 'Today's Amenities Schedule' link on the home page. The restaurant is closed for the summer season but will re-open for the winter season.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very clean, close to K1, tight quarters with kitchen table but really had an enjoyable stay. I would def come back
My wife and I stayed here in October which is just outside of ski season. The room itself was super nice. Comfortable living room, great appliances, and the bedroom was nice. The only issues we had was the water temperature was very hot and it was not adjustable. The living room TV was not working, and because we came in October which is not ski season, there was hardly anyone at the resort at all including resort workers so if we had any issues, we had to call vacasa directly rather than get help from anyone in the building. Many local businesses also were not open outside of ski season. All in all, the stay itself was nice, but we would definitely recommend staying during ski season.
This completely renovated unit was clean and comfortable. Being on the main floor of building 3 made it very convenient to amenities. Hops on the Hill was just down the hall where we enjoyed the food, beer selection and camaraderie. There was plenty of drawer space so we didn't have to live out of our suitcase for 5 nights. We will be back.
We enjoyed this condo, comfortable beds, great location. We did find dirty pots and pans in the cupboards upon arrival and had to wash them all before we cooked dinner. There's also no Kleenex in the place that we had to use extra toilet paper rolls for that. In the living room the center hangar rod for the drapes is loose and needs to be fixed. Well the apartment looked lovely the table is 4 ft high and I am 5 ft high, so it was not very functional for me. You probably already know that one of the four chairs is in the closet and is broken.
This condo is fine, and we've stayed in this building before and it is a great location. The issue is, the place advertises a spa with pool and hot tub, but these were completely closed and under construction. We would have picked a different location had we known, because my kids were excited about this. That should have been disclosed. As many times as I tried to text the property manager about it, they completely ignored me or gave robotic answers and never dealt with the issue. I should have been given a partial refund.
We stayed here for two nights for some Spring skiing and the location could not have been better located. Perfect for quickly getting rental skis, going to dinner and hopping on the lift at Snowshed or Ramshed. We would stay there again!
This unit is a nice, recently updated 1 bedroom unit located on the main floor of Mountain Green Building 3 (the main building). This building has a fully functional ski shop and a great bar/restaurant that are on the same floor as this unit. You don't have to go outside to visit either! It is a short walk to Snowshed. You'll want to do the walk in regular shoes as it’s a bit far in ski boots, but doable if you wanted. The unit is as advertised a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, with a full kitchen. The kitchen did have most of the items you'd want in a kitchen to prepare meals. It did not have mixing bowls or a blender for future renters. The living area was nice with sliding doors to a balcony. There was no furniture outside on the balcony, but it was the middle of February, so we didn't need the balcony. The bedroom had a queen size bed that was comfortable. With the dresser and bed, the room is a bit tight, but it was fine for us. There is a nice size closet. The bathroom has a shower, no tub. The bathroom also was a bit small, but useable. Overall, we were very satisfied with the unit and its amenities. We will definitely rent again when we visit Killington!
Cute COZY condo unit. Nicely decorated and appointed. Modern. A wee bit small on sleeping for 4 people, but that was to be expected. Not just one sleeper sofa, but loveseat is also a pull out. Great location! It was VERY convenient to have Black Dog Sports (rentals and sales) in the building. Also, VERY convenient to have Hops on the Hill in the building as well for lunch or dinner. Takeout service for beer and food easy as well. Just walk down the hall. Only negatives for us were: Pool and hot tub were closed (we knew ahead of time, but that would’ve made it ideal). TV in bedroom kept losing cable connection after an hour. Some of the outlets in the bedroom didn’t work.
Stayed here for 3 nights. Really clean and great location. Looking forward to staying again. Thanks
