The space
Step out to our private balcony and you'll be greeted by a stunning view of The Three Sisters, one of Canmore's most famous and beautiful mountain ranges!

Our stylish modern condo looks out at the spectacular Canadian Rocky Mountains. The condo features two bedrooms with very comfortable beds, and stunning mountain views! There is a full kitchen where you can cook a delicious meal, 2 bathrooms, and in-suite laundry. Don't feel like cooking ! The condo is located in the Grande Rockeries resort which offers a delicious restaurant off of the main lobby called the Grande Kitchen + Bar Also, our suite is centrally located and is within walking distance of downtown Canmore where you'll find cute cafes, fun bars and restaurants, as well as elevated dining experiences.

What our guests DON'T love about our listing:
- Our listing is located in the Grande Rockies Resort and while the building is concrete construction which dampens sound between the floors and walls, there is some potential for noise transfer. This particular unit is a corner unit so there is only 1 unit directly to the right of this one.

Our home comfortably sleeps 6 guests with 1 King size bed in the master bedroom, 1 Queen size bed in the second bedroom - Perfect for Families!

Complimentary Wi-Fi, spices, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove, oven, high end coffee espresso machine, rice cooker and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

Our stunning condo features an amazing indoor/outdoor hot tub, an indoor swimming pool with 3-storey water slide, delicious restaurant, free WiFi, and secure underground parking, all of which is accessible to guests!

We have one designated underground parking stall in the parkade of the complex. Please note that the height clearance for the underground parkade is 7 feet.

- Our homes are fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require.

- Please note that the condo building’s A/C is turned off during the winter season and is only available starting June 1st.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:
★ Please note that there will be overnight supervisor on site to provide support for both guards and residents/guest and to respond quickly and professionally to any concerns that may come up overnight.

*Pack & Play Policy*
If you’re traveling with little ones, we’re happy to provide a Pack & Play at no extra cost—just let us know at least 24 hours before check-in so we can have it ready for you. We don’t keep them on-site, as each is taken off-site for deep cleaning between guests.

Requests made after check-in are subject to a $75 delivery fee.

- All additional fees are subject to GST (5%) and Alberta Tourism Levy (6%) taxes for a total of 11%.

To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:

1. Sign our short-term rental agreement
This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.

2. Complete ID verification
All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.

3. Choose your damage protection option
You’ll have two options to finalize your booking:
– Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay.
OR
– Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.
Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.

Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.

There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

    Pictures of bathroom on advert are not what's in the actual apartment. Shower heads controls don't have a midway setting between hot and cold. Water pressure of tap in toilet is too high.

    Don’t like it was a vrbo that forced me to register through another site. Also didn’t like being asked for additional damage deposit. Now I am getting spam from vrbo. The building is under construction and a lot of noise coming from other suites.

    Everything was amazing. The only improvement would be receiving the codes a little earlier. The morning we were leaving we still hadn't received the info so we had to call VRBO.. Having said that the owner got back to us right away and we were good to go. Thanks
