The kitchen is complete with modern stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I should have known when the shuttle driver was worried when he dropped us off. He said half of the properties in the complex were managed by one rental office and the other by owners via property management. He said they can be very non responsive. The property is at the top of the mountain and if you like ski in and out then good for you. This property had NO SHUTTLE service which is the easiest way to get around Steamboat if you don't have a car. The check in was minimal with directions. We had a hard time getting the key which the shuttle driver had to help us with. We got in there were no instructions. The few they sent for the wifi were wrong. The condo had no heat on. The toilet was dirty. We called Vacasa 2x to get someone over to turn on the heat. We kept getting the same answering service who said they would get in contact with local management. They wouldn't give me the number to contact them directly. I waited over an hour to hear, then called again. When I started asking for a refund is when I finally got to a higher level manager who told me the wifi instructions were wrong. She put in another ticket. We finally got local management who told me to go flip a breaker for the heat? And offered to bring over space heaters. I'm sorry no. He did offer a refund. Another local manager finally came over but while we were waiting we were late for our dinner reservations. He figured out that the thermostat had no battery. The fireplace was broken. They offered a small refund but not half or all because the property was still livable. They didnt care about the false advertising. He did offer to pay for the Uber but I still haven't gotten that either. When the Uber came my sister and I left and checked into the Steamboat Grand which fortunately had one bed room condos for less than this place and a free shuttle! Much closer to everything you want to be near too. I spoke to the manager the next day who said he would refund me half of my money. I still haven't gotten the final part. I would be very careful of Vacasa. This large rental companies are just here for the money not for customer satisfaction or service.
