Stayed Dec 23, 2024First time in the Aspen area so we had a lot to learn. We found this condo to be in a very convenient location, however the heat did not work very well when we arrived (60 degree inside temp). Neither did the fireplace. Fortunately, the property manager and owner were quick to address the problem, even on Christmas Eve! We did in fact find this village to be very charming and will remember it fondly

Stayed Mar 1, 2024While not quite ski in and out since you have to walk about a block, parking is very convenient and you are next to the upper village mall for rentals. Great for families with small children in ski school because you can easily drive them down to the treehouse to drop them off and pick them up. There is free 30 minute parking.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Thanks to ABL for a great stay. Updated, well furnished, clean, and well located, this place ticks all of the boxes. Great hot tub, short walk to slopes, shopping and food and drink. Well stocked unit that vacations like your friend’s place instead of a bare bones high use rental. We had a great time, thank you.
